I never go ap ashe without manamune, saves me so many times and even gives me tons of solo kills in the early
Actually, if you build correctly you can make her viable.
The build is:
Luden's Tempest
Nashor's Tooth
Lich Bane
Seraph's Embrace
Rabadon's Deathcap
Cosmic Drive/Demonic Embrace whichever you like, Cosmic Drive is better.
Runes:
Hail of Blades
Cheap Shot
Eyeball Collection
Transcendence
Gathering Storm
You use W to proc Luden's Tempest and Auto after that with Lich Bane and Nashor's Tooth on hit. It's kinda OP. You can do 900+ MD on your Auto after using W. And You can use your W a lot so a lot of 900+ MD autos.
Meanwhile, AD Ashe doing 1000+ every auto, 2 times a second, with 3000+ single target DPS and 6000+ multi-target DPS with a Runaan's.
AP Ashe: Totally worth it because you one-shot on AP Ashe, not on AD Ashe. XD

I have a friend who does this support. It's surprisingly effective all things considered.
To clarify, his build is less full AP and more of a "full ability haste" build with Liandrys and the Wardstone support item. You get moderately chunky damage on ashe ults (though not as big as this) on a cool down of only about 20 seconds, and Ws that apply liandries on a sub-one-second cooldown. I've watched enemy teams be annoyed to death by it.

i know, AP Pantheon is coming soon I think, been messing around with a ton of different builds including yours. AP GP might come first though not sure.
