Spectrum giving some customers a refund - Important Cloud DVR Update

    Hard to believe a company the size of Spectrum can't get their cDVR service right. No excuses for a company this large.

    I pay Spectrum $102 per month for Internet & streaming no DVR. My internet is going up $30 next month,I am tired of them

    I got the email. I actually had a sporting event that didn't record. Luckily, I was able to find a re-air and I watched that.

      That’s lucky! It looks like my last successfully recorded show was on April 11th so sometime after that, mine stopped recording scheduled shows.

    We also received the email. Had to delete 50 shows as we were under the impression we could only have 50 while this is being addressed. We switched to cloud dvr about 10 months ago from the physical dvr and have had nothing but issues with the cloud, so this is great news! Almost switched back. Although it would be nice to get the storage we had with the physical one, we had at times 200 shows on the physical one lol. Also does anyone else hope the add things such as being able to see the progress when you're fast forwarding and rewinding? What else do we want the new upgrade to provide? Thoughts?

    They need to add more cloud dvr storage space on spectrum tv app because 100 storage space ain’t enough for shit lol 😂
