1) So, is the crown cemented onto the abutment?
2) What if the crown breaks or chips...does that mean you have to replace the abutment as well as the crown?

Wrong. You should get a insertion guide from lab to install the custom abutment precisely.

My abutment on is not centered. It's more closer to the next tooth. I hope this doesn't affect anything 😕
