Hello Rodah. The issue of the number is soo true. I have a Zimbabwe number and at one time we did a cot from 1 person for the same item using Zim and foreign number. Aaaaa i was shocked with the price difference😂😂
The reason I don't buy from home coz of this issue.
I think you should do electrical tubing first so that the walls are distorted well before plastering. Next I would suggest the plumbing (that goes through the wall first) then you can do plastering when all walls are drilled
Yes to avoid damaging the walls right! I’m really happy with your suggestions 🙏
@@SimplyRodah Yeah, made that mistake myself. Now they are yet to drill the wall for plumbing after plastering and its all versions of wrong
Start with the windows and doors. Then zvemukati
It will be safer to keep the materials in the house.
Your engineer should be able to advise putting in mind good workmanship and minimizing losses.
Thats true, thanks for the advise.
Borehole, it will make building e house easier cause you will be having water 💧 right there.
Yes, this is a noble idea, thank you.
@@SimplyRodah , thanks to you . Iam learning a lot of things from you. I don't have a house yet, but one day will build one.
And also fencing or walling the stand to avoid bypasses and have some privacy.
Electricity piping and plumbing first to be done
Yes thank you for the advice 🙏
