Ang raming similarities niya dun sa bahay noon 2yrs ago na fineature niyo, PG215. Parang clone yung blueprint sa interior. Same company nagbuild for sure. Pero maganda naman and functional kase din kaya siguro inulit nila.
Bakit walang window sa bedroom sa ground floor? Nakaka-claustrophobia ang room na ito. Worst is, wala ring exhaust fan sa elderly room. Dapat gawin na lang na guest room ang kwarto na yan para minsan lang matulogan.
