@@DerekDerekDerekDerekDerekDerek I have searched Iommi's interview clips on RUclips and havent' been about to locate a link. Its out there somewhere and when I find it I will post the link.
I use the 5 hour loop to solitude when sleeping.. and planet caravan and pantaras planet caravan, then on way to work an back, Black sabbath from 1969-73...
BLACK + BLUE... Black Sabbath and Blue Oyster Cult toured together for a few years in the late 70's. It was the show you had to see if you like either band.
Just found you guys and tore through your Black Sabbath reactions because they are one of those bands that I get a yearning to listen to again over and over. My personal favorite band of all time, particularly with Ozzy. I like their other stuff and I still love Ozzy's work, but this collection of guys created pure magic with every song. I'm glad I get to listen to it all again vicariously through you, as you both really seem like genuine fans who appreciate what is happening, so I'm along for the ride.
On to Volume 4, I CAN’T WAIT ! It’s my favorite Sabbath album and full of bangers. You will absolutely love Wheels of Confusion…and all of the tracks, actually.
Even the ballad pop song on that album is beautiful and an incredible showcase of ozzys voice and their variety. Metalheads like to hate on it but its great, although i forgot what its called😅
I think after Tony was in Jethro Tull (for a month or so...) he became interested in the Flute haa. In his book (Iron Man) Tony said they liked doing these types of songs because it made the heavy songs seem EVEN heavier. This song was about Bill's wife leaving him I believe..
Keep up the good work guys. This reminds me of The Watcher, Lemmy's first contribution to Hawkwind, and also the last track on the album. A reaction to that album - Doremi Fasol Latido - would be greatly appreciated.
GREAT reaction guys!! I was anxiously awaiting this one. Upon first hearing it, I couldn't believe this was Sabbath (I didn't know Planet Caravan yet) - it seemed so outside of their wheelhouse and capability - how wrong I was! Totally redefined my opinion of Ozzy's voice, cause it's beautiful here. Hats off to Tony Iommi for a wonderful flute inclusion. This is a stoner track for sure - it's made so SO much groovier/trippier when listen to with a little 'herbal' enhancement!! Just IMHO... Cheers!
Aside from "WarPigs" this song and "Planet Caravan" are two of my favourites by Black Sabbath. I think they could have been even bigger with a wider appeal, by diversifying with a couple mood-scape songs mixed within every album. Love this song!!
They sure knew dynamics as this quiet interlude is quite a change from the monster riffs that populate this album. Great tune, though sad and a bit melancholy and introspective but just close your eyes and zone out, it makes me calm. Sabbath did changeup stuff like this and surprise you but they had many kinds of songs in their genre. Sabbath rules on! Enjoy. 🎵🎸🎤🎶
Low-key this song should go on most of their greatest hits compilations. I'm an absolute Sabbath nerd, when I heard this for the first time it blew me away. Just wait for Vol.4 fellas. I couldn't possibly pick between these two albums which is better.
vol. 4 is crazy good. Minus (FX) that is a bunch of pointless noise on there tho fill the album. But, that being said It is not me killer record. I think this is the first album that they made recorded in the U.S. L.A. if I’m not mistaken. Thanks for the great reactions!
It's a common question regarding this song, but indeed it is Ozzy on the vocal. There's also an outtake version from the same session where Oz can be heard talking a bit just before singing. He was seemingly in a mellow mood which lead to such a low and unforced tone and delivery.
Great atmospheric tune. Not sure you guys saw it, but T-Pain put out a cover of “War Pigs” recently that Ozzy himself said was the best ever. You guys should check it out/react. If that’s up your alley.
This is one of those songs that isn't really a song but kinda ties a hard rock concept album together. A lost art, actually, because nobody can sit still and listen to an entire LP these days. Also and however; you fellas aren't under any obligation to find something you love in every white-bread rock song you react to. If you feel something is lame? Well, it might actually be lame af! In real life! Trust me. As a white boy metal head myself, I consider this tune to be kinda/sorta lame. Shitty filler, if you will. I'm reasonably sure that Tommy Iommi himself would shrug it off as 70's era stoner pabulum. See? I even got the man's name wrong. On purpose. To prove a point. What point did I just prove, exactly? Exactly.
It's Ozzy. Tony confirmed it in an interview. He said Ozzy could surprise you with his tone and sense of melody. Its Tony on the flute, too.
Could you please tell me the name of the interview??

This one is very complimentary to "Into the Void", which comes right after. the lyrics even mesh well. The Solitude resolves to the Void. Thanks, guys
Perfect song to set up for the ass kicking Into The Void
I love this band, and this is the album I go back to more often than any other.
Same ❤
Incredible song. Strong emotion. Ozzy sounds amazing.
Yep Sabbath is full of surprises..lol
Every album had a mellow track to break the heaviness up
Worked well for them
Next songs a classic
Laguna Sunrise off Volume 4 is a beautiful song
I'm old enough to have listened to this when it first came out but didn't you guys are opening my ears to Black Sabath, love it

Absolutely beautiful song and that bass
Everything this band touched, turned to gold. The next album Vol. 4, is a thrill ride with a lot going on. I love it!
Creative genius and master musician Tony Iommi (eye-OWE-me) on guitar, flute and piano.
I absolutely love this song, feels like I'm deep in the wilderness with winter closing in
Had forgotten about this jewel. Thanks so much for commenting on a great number. ❤

Airplay 'Click the like before it starts' Beats.
Yup. For those of you that don't know, this is Ozzy Osbourne when he's really young. One of the greatest tunes of all time in my opinion
It leads right into the finale Into the Void which makes it that much sweeter
One of the smooth Sabbath tracks, along with Planet Caravan
Love ur reactions. So great to see hip hop guys loving black sabbath. Rock on guys
Love me some OG Sabbath!
No way I would ever have thought that that was Sabbath. They continue to surprise me with each reaction you post. 🔥
The huge part is the next song that this one runs into.

I think a lot of younger reactors are not aware that back in the day, bands were expected to "Mix it up a bit." And show their range and versatility.
I'm telling yall react to the early pre demos 😂 his voice is amazing
Great as usual, guys. BTW, it's Ozzy singing. He had a beautiful voice
I had to look that up... Some type of filter was added to Ozzy's voice. Sounds like a different singer. Crazy stuff. Talented band.
Low-key this song should go on most of their greatest hits compilations. I'm an absolute Sabbath nerd, when I heard this for the first time it blew me away. Just wait for Vol.4 fellas. I couldn't possibly pick between these two albums which is better.
I woke up to this song for years till my CD alarm clock broke Love this one
Oh man I always loved this one those opening notes man
Guitarist Tony Iommi playing the flute ! BS has a few soft songs that were written about personal issues of certain band members. Ozzy on vocals.
The fourth album will have a soft song as well... "Changes"
the flute is perfect..
You need to check out their song “changes”. Beautiful tune
vol. 4 is crazy good. Minus (FX) that is a bunch of pointless noise on there tho fill the album. But, that being said It is not me killer record. I think this is the first album that they made recorded in the U.S. L.A. if I’m not mistaken.

I loved this album and wore it out when it came out as a teenager. In my pot days
Incredible song. I like Planet Caravan slightly better but this is great too.
MoR is a perfect album.
So heavy, dystopic, and songs like Solitude keep it on an even keel.
Beautifully played.
Was not expecting this from Sabbath. Impressive! Thanks fellas for the excellent reaction!
Awesome Reaction!!! Still so much Ozzy era Sabbath you need to explore but I'm waiting patiently for 1980's Sabbath Ronnie James Dio's on vocals.
It hits hard. Thank you for the reaction, as always. Peace. 🙏🙏
Now its Vol. 4 time.. yall finna get snowblind
A heavy-metal Heart song, and BS with a flute. A good day at the turntable. Gotta love '70's rock!
Then it segues into the heavy doom metal classic 'Into the Void'.
Laa and Chee. Do the Sabbath! Gotta love it!
Have to listen to demo. So good and different
Another mellow tune by them is ' Changes '
Love it as an album ender w the slow fade
I think Bill Ward sang a couple of songs over the years with Sabbath. This might be one of them.
It's a common question regarding this song, but indeed it is Ozzy on the vocal. There's also an outtake version from the same session where Oz can be heard talking a bit just before singing. He was seemingly in a mellow mood which lead to such a low and unforced tone and delivery.
I think Bill sings Swingin the Chain, and it's Alright.
First saw Sabbath in 1971 and the last time The End tour 2017. You must revisit War Pigs live from Paris 1970. Bill detroys the drums
The next album has a little different flavor. The production quality isn't as good, but it's still a solid album.
groovy man dig it
Great atmospheric tune. Not sure you guys saw it, but T-Pain put out a cover of “War Pigs” recently that Ozzy himself said was the best ever. You guys should check it out/react. If that’s up your alley.
I actually saw that a few weeks ago
Thanks!
SABBATH
hopefully this channel will make reaction video to changes by Black Sabbath
We’re doing their whole catalog
Let your next Sabbath song be Changes. U will be totally surprised it's them.
They'll get to that, they doing all the Sab albums in order, so you've got a little wait 😉
"You Won't Change Me" from Technical Ecstasy may be the best lead Iommi played
My funeral song

C'est Toni Iommi qui chante 👌♥️ une autre chanson de Black Sabbath chanté par Bill Ward (batteur) it's allright .... sublime 👌 autre que Ozzy Osbourne
They can switch it up 3:41
