I agree to an extent, but this is an H5 Forge map. If you compare graphics from Halo 5 Campaign to Infinite Campaign, or dev maps, etc., it’s nearly identical.
@@Sparecards Halo 5 Campaign graphics and lighting is miles ahead of its MP equivalent, and 343 admitted they didn’t have time to make MP details polished. That’s why Spartans glowed and textures were bad, but on some maps like Torque and Mercy it was retained because they were added later.
This is beautiful. Together with enhanced movement and all the freedom it gives you in H5 it looks like so much actual fun. Also considering it was made in forge on 7 years old game I'd say it really doesn't look worse. Imagine if this was made by devs. It feels like this map would be much more fun with that H5 gameplay.

Exactly. Just my brain seeing this as an H5 mockup, it instantly is thinking of all the creative problem solving, movement and jumps, and outplays you can make on Live Fire. Literally miles ahead of what you can do on Infinite (on its own map).

Halo 5 has the best multiplayer of all Halos. I’m usually with the fan base on most opinions but when it comes to Halos multiplayer, I disagree with going back to a classic halo style multiplayer it was a major step backwards for the franchise. They should have built on what Halo 5’s multiplayer did so well and give the game a great campaign with halo reach style customization and progression system.
unfortunately, this isn't what the majority of halo fans want. most people wanted halo to take a step back from 5's gameplay and go back to a more classic, 'equipment focused' game with less mobility. but the gameplay ISN'T what makes halo special. its the abundance and the focus on social features, in which infinite failed on unfortunately. and i grew up on halo reach as well as 5, and imo 5 has THE BEST most expansive multiplayer in the series.

Problem is Halo 5 ended up just being another movement shooter with a Halo skin. All the weapons were hyper lethal, making them all feel the same and the maps were massive to accommodate for the quicker movement. Halo is meant to be a more casual, party game you can have fun in. Halo 5 started to stray from that and started leaning too far into the competitive shooter realm, which isn't what Halo is. Halo should carve it's own identity with it's gameplay not follow the trend other games set out.
But they do spawn every 15 seconds. Bulldog/Heatwave are 15. 30 for mangler/plasma pistol and distruptor and then 3 minutes for power weapons. Spawn timer for every weapon per map can be found online
@@SparK.h276 it does affect the placement of weapons though. The only weapons you see placed on the ground now are power weapons because of the pads they spawn on. It might seem minor but there are lots of spaces where weapons can only be placed on walls as opposed to the center of the room, or near ledges like in every other halo game

It is technically a master chief game. So it would make sense. And to add to what pink space dinosaur said. Mcc allows to pick and choose what to install, and you can do it from the in game menu's. But yeah, probably not.
If I remember right 343 outright said that it would never happen, I just hope because it would be nice to have *most* of the halo games all together and preserved. Wouldn't say no to more content you know.
Due to its size and the fact 343 want to kinda just sweep that whole game under the rug, I doubt it ever will. Which is a shame because I enjoyed the multi-player a lot.
If Halo 5 kept getting updates and an MCC treatment on FOV/weapon offsets, etc. it would have more players than Infinite. Sadly game was abandoned in 2018

I wish Halo 5 could've gotten an fps boost patch for 120fps at the very least for Series X. Hell, Mad Max went from 30fps on Xbox one, to *120fps* mostly locked outside of cutscenes. That's triple the frame rate for a simple patch. although if I could ask for more I'd love an official Fov slider, Halo 5s really low fov makes it feel much slower than it actually is and it'd be nice to get an update for it vs the weird pc mod on Pc forge. 343 has no plans on updating Halo 5 for next gen though sadly, which is a shame because a few additions would change the games feel drastically.
imagine if they added ground and pound to infinite. if u notice someone is gonna pound you you can repulse them , or you can grapple hook to get out of the way it would be awesome
@@darkphoenix2 My main/only problem with the ground pound in 5 is that it takes a while to charge up only to not even stun enemies nearby. It's a great idea imo, just VERY weak. I think Infinite did the ground pound right though, since now it's not really punishable-on-hit.
Because it’s true, H5 is the only halo beside the outdated Reach that really gets people interested in Halo multiplayer. And with PC-tards taking over infinite, H5 and MCC are the last holdouts for the community

This isn't some kind of 100% perfect recreation of the Infinite map, the jump height might be slightly different, enough that you can do a stabilize clamber (much more than 1 button press) to grab that ledge. But you make it sound like you can't just design a map with skilled jumps that require the advanced techniques H5's abilities create. I mean, did you ever watch pro H5 play? They jumps they were doing were nuts.

Weapon lockers exist just for make spawns look cool or have more consistency, it doesn't affect anything.

If you’re on PC you can play custom games and forge with Halo 5 Forge. I play it with some buddies every now and then
