I am so happy I found your channel! I'm also a PhD student, currently in my second year. Here in Malaysia, the PhD culture is very different - all work, stress & no play all year round and it made me so stressed out cause I feel like I don't fit in with everyone. As a fellow PhD student I can say I totally agree with the guilt for not being a morning person, but I know it won’t be good if I try to push myself to wake up so I think working when it feels good to you is the best advice. Especially when it comes to writing. Also it’s so great you take the summers off! Refreshing breaks are amazing! ❤️ sending all the best wishes this semester!

aaa omg the faceshop is a great skincare brand! I've been using that same facial wash since 9th grade, and now I'm a first-year college student. unfortunately every time I go to the mall the facial wash is always sold out and there are only two stores in my city so I use neutrogena as an alternative. also if you have severe acne the rice water bright facial wash is good and finish with their aloe vera! my brother used it before me and introduced it to me and I now recommend it to my friends
