@jordanmunk3041 While “rock bottom” is obviously subjective, i believe there is a level of objectivity to it. If someone told you they have an eating problem and have hit “rock bottom” because once a week they eat a cupcake, would you really think they hit “rock bottom”?
@@Guyonnn I would not think that is "rock bottom." That is somewhat of a straw-man. If we use that example and we think of someone who is training vigorously for something - then it could be helpful for them to think of eating that "cupcake" as a kind of "rock bottom." This concept of "rock bottom" can be thought of as a spectrum. Not studying at all and going out every weekend could LEAD to a "rock bottom." So, Sam is not entirely wrong and this is actually a great thing for a young person to understand - although I do agree with you that he probably has no idea of the extreme side of the spectrum of hitting rock bottom. Obviously eating a cupcake once a week is not "rock bottom." But understanding that everything matters and using it as a tool in your mind to help you control yourself can be very powerful. One cupcake a week is 52 cupcakes a year! Are those 500 calorie cupcakes? That's 500 X 52 = 26,000 calories! That's over 10 days of caloric requirements in the form of pure garbage! Understanding things like this can make a very big difference. This is obviously an extreme example and would mostly apply to fitness pros. The other type of person this would apply to would be mentally ill, so the cupcake wouldn't be the actual problem. Eating a cupcake can also have positives. Alright... I'm going to stop...
Do you know anything about steroids? Can Arnold Schwarzenegger or Sylvester Stallone give advice? You could get good advice from a 5 year old from time to time.
Jesus is king!
Amen! Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords!
Stay away from recreational drugs kids, use steroids instead! Get your needles free from your local store
You sound like you took an experimental -v,,,a--c...c--i**n---e.
I can’t imagine this kid has any idea what “rock bottom” is like. His face is the picture of blissful ignorance.
Rock bottom is subjective. Someone can have a concept of what "rock bottom" means for them and use it for motivation.

Apparently anybody can become a motivational speaker. Life experience not needed.
Stop being a hater.
Dont take advice from a 20 year old on steroids.
