Thanks for being patient. Finding people willing to be interviewed and then commit to the hours of back and forth is always difficult. Also, my own Doram wasn't strong enough, so I couldn't do the build myself either.
It's definitely been a while, I had wanted to do a wand Doram guide, but the damage is a bit underwhelming. I think dagger has a lot of advantages so it made for something more unique. Wand Doram is still very F2P friendly and I will probably make a guide about it in the future, but for insane DPS, I'd say dagger is a better choice. You also share a ton of gear with other physical damaging classes, so the transition is easy. 200M for +15 demon knife is also quite good vs the 600+M for the wand. The lex wings is pricey though, but even wand dorams use that too.
what about FPF grass users? is that build still can catch up? or it is a dead build? am i the only one left using it? i use it in low mvps. and shark build in pvp
Whether Doram is ranged or not depends on your weapon, not the skill. When you use a dagger, you're considered melee. When you use a wand, you're considered ranged. It's a strange mechanic, but that's how it works.
Hello i want to build pure hp doram(wand type). Do you think that build is viable considering i have to do my own quest too like palace of beauty and other quest that needs to kill some hard bosses?
I'm at 50% depo, I don't have the valk wings though. It is still very strong and the dagger doram numbers when I use a non +15 dagger does compete well against the wand. I think the cast time of wand skills is too slow, carrot pound and SS need lower CD to be better. Personally, I like dagger doram more than wand, although you do need to eat a precision stone to deal with the dmg to large penatly.

I have few questions regarding kobold leader card in the first part of the video. 1.does it stack lifesteal using 2 kobold? 2.is it worth it for dagger doram to use KLCard in compensate for minourus cards? Lets say i manage to maintain ignore def to 180-200% w/o minorous insight,is it still worth it to switch lo dmg with lifesteal or stick with dmg to Large with minourus cards? Which is preferable to you sir?

Yes, the tier 5 weapon decreases the skill and skill CD of lunatic carrot pound, so you can spam that better. I think it makes it more competitive than dagger now, but I'd have to test it out. Unfortunately no synth for the dagger :(
this only for pve, dagger doram has low hit rate, for pvp go for HP build. the lifesteal build is KL card (lifesteal), Drake Star card (+30% Large), Abyssal Cry (+10% large) and Dragonscale Armor with (+20% large), that's 60% dmg in total, without the Abyssal cry you can use Mino Star depo, you'll still have 51% dmg to large enough to activate insight.
@@arywirawan4483 because hp gives more dmg, more shield while using Tuna, and more dmg using Sharksmate, u can use Ugin if you have other melee multi job so they can use it
F2P doram uses wand. It can compete in low board MVPs, but not in legend runs. I have some doram guides on my channel that you can follow. My slave account is a F2P doram and it is quite good. It has high HP and can deal decent damage.
The crit from Tarou is not the same as crit from auto attacks. As a result, you need ignore defense. Only auto attack crit doesn't need ignore defense.
Can i ask you?! : 1. Its just using self buff? Or nothing else? A like food, stone buff .. etc tell us All item food and all stone buff you use for pripare :) Cause i want use doraam too for my PVE job Thank's ✍️
I am pretty sure he used a precision stone, slow alloy, 6 pen foods, and B meals. Precision stone is probably the most important to take away the dagger vs large penalty. Other stuff is pretty standard for physical DPS classes
i want to try this so badly due to strugling at LiL. my depo is only 27% dmg but have 45% pen & 200 ign def. My damage using wand on magma boss is 1-2mil. If i use TT & PP it would absolutely be lower 🤣 & im kinda curious if it goes lower if i use DK. So isnt it a bit risky for me to buy a +15 DK for experiment which i cant sell back since there's tons of them in the xchange? 😅
@@not4umc71 well for pvp im using diff eq for doram & sometime GS if im bored playing support, pvp doram we all know the best build is tanky reduction build. I only want to try this for pve, if its possible for f2p like me 😅.
It is true that strength adds to your atk, but the TT and PP formulas use dex to calculate the base attack: romhandbook.com/skills/tarou-trauma-235e68a6-c3b3-43ba-85c4-53a3f08e2142 local BaseAtk = Dex * 2 + math.floor(Dex * Dex / 100) + math.floor(Str / 5) + math.floor(Luk / 5) So I think people have tested that Dex will do better than Strength when it comes to damage output, even though you're using melee weapon

time has change, this kind of dps compair to Taekwondo just nothing...if this doram has lower 30%deposit, I say the damage worth it, but he has 89%, better let other good dps class take good use of this deposit
Requiem's wataru and TK are insane too. His TK carries legend so quickly. This is mostly to show that dagger doram could work, I had written off physical doram for being low DPS before.

Having 89% depo really helps in bh and weeklies. I wonder its effectiveness if the depo is low-mkd tier

Does Sharp blade affect the final dmg? Those skills are ranged or am I wrong?
When u use dagger all ur damage being calculated as melee damage.....although the skill are ranged.....

If you have 20L armor its lifesteall very insane and goo for stay alive

for dagger I prefer +10% melee atk, for accessories x2 Necklace of Oath, offhand is SB.

Morale 4 is the best. Arch 4 doesn't work on dagger, the dagger turns your attack to melee.

+15 bill gives 30% MVP DMG which is why it is BIS for MVP hunting

this build needs a high depo, dagger doram has low max hp and low hit, you will just waste your sharksmate skill in pvp

Tarou Trama's effect does not work on MVP (the bleeding part), the damage and crit does work on MVPs
