    Even if there will be a slight recession, etc. then it is not a sign of the collapse of the China economy, but a normal way of the market correcting prices in China. The way the market corrects the behavior of the rulers in China (e.g. for borrowing, constructing too much), etc. Similar things happen in other countries, including USA. Eventually, once prices have been corrected to a fair price according to the market mechanism, then market conditions will eventually return to normal.
    Why? Because that's how the market works. Why? Because the citizens of China and any other country, will eventually keep spending (consumption), and consumption anywhere in the world represents about 50% of GDP.

    Spending did decrease with the emphasis on Savings but the Job Creation isn't dependent on Chinese Median Income houselholds.
    Some do blame for the slowdown on Spending and do demand for Stimulus which doesn't addup any value to the Chinese Internal Markets.
    New sets of Investments are required for Job Creation.
    Better emphasize on Tech Enabled Industries, Small and Medium, with the outreach towards the Rural Economy.

    • @DW-op7ly
      @DW-op7ly Месяц назад

      Chinese Central Government won’t do a large scale stimulus
      Maybe give the economy a little gas but taping the breaks especially in Real Estate is the goal these days
      That’s because stimulus in 2008 created overheated markets from real estate, under ground economy/shadow banks, commodities, stocks, bonds, back to real estate
      Where China spent the last 14 years trying to cool these overheated markets in 2010
      Plus with real estate crackdown
      The Chinese Government is pushing its people (who are adding 2.6 trillion a year in wealth to their bank accounts) to invest in the worlds critical technologies of the future
      Which China already leads in 37 of 44 of these technologies
      This will no doubt create more bubbles for China in the future

    This week Biden admission launched Section 301 on Chinese shipbuilding industry, which will lead to sanctions or tariffs. Last year China’s shipbuilders reached 50% of global output, whereas US did 0.1%. Most American shipyards or 75% are government naval contractors. Due to lack of scale, American warships are super expensive. This is a legitimate national security concern. Don’t pretend to be economic fair trade issue. (TikTok and Huawei are competition issue disguised as national security). Chinese are no Palestinian, oliver tree stays!
