The clear blue sky, reddish-brown mountain surface, and beautiful autumn leaves lifted my spirits. I'm really jealous of the clear skies, which are rare in our country.
Happy to help your spirits lift! Thanks for watching! 💛
It's a beautiful road to drive, with incredible landscapes and beautiful skies... Ty!
Thanks very much! 🤍
I'm enjoying the beautiful scenery
Happy to hear it! Thanks for watching!
Nice. Thank you. Picked the best day for a drive. Everything is great… Nature,Sun,Colors etc.
Thanks for watching!
So, so LOVELY . . . BUT . . . eventually, AED, you're just going to have to treat us to the REVERSE of this route(Laughs!!)!!
We actually have a video of part of this drive in the opposite direction starting north of Sedona and driving south through town. It's from a few years ago. ruclips.net/video/d0p-hi9voqM/видео.html
Beautiful landscapes, fantastic colors 😃 Interesting trip, a lot of education. Greetings from Poland!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for riding along with us!
So crisp and clear. I remember my first drive westward out of Florida in 1982 to the west coast to Edwards AFB for duty. I fulfilled my dream to retire to Arizona and respects it's pureness.
Thanks for your service! Arizona is a fantastic state, especially this time of year.
Beutiful landscape here.
Totally agree, Sedona is a real treasure!
Oh man! Beautiful scenery! I`d like to drive there...
Hope you can drive through Sedona someday soon!
@@AdventureEveryDay maybe someday,but... not soon for sure... :( :D
Beautiful video! Trip is awesome!
Thanks a lot! 😊
wonderful view along the way, nice
Thanks very much! 💚
I drove this in '13, stopping to hike down to Oak Creek at the trailhead just past Midgley Bridge, and also again as I crested the rim into the green Ponderosa Pine Country just before Flagstaff. It is a great drive, like the scenic Napa Valley Silverado Trail from Napa to Calistoga, the drive I recommended as a Hotelier there, telling my guests to go up the trail in the morning and visit wineries w/o the traffic on the way back to the hotel.
I live in Arizona now, and tell my friends that Sedona is the 'Napa Valley' of Arizona, which I always recommended over the Grand Canyon due to the short drive from Phoenix.
The Grand Canyon North Rim is really nice, but the South Rim is usually super busy. Sedona is just such a gorgeous area.
I love these quiet drives.
Took this drive last autumn and it immediately became my favorite in the country! Grateful that you shared it in such detail to allow us to relive it!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Ah the joy of tripping down memory lane. Thank you son. :D
💙 Thanks for watching!
beautiful scenery Again thank you for the video God bless you.
Glad you enjoy it! 💙💚
Sedona is very nice but somewhat overrun by tourists especially on weekends. It's still stunningly beautiful, but Flagstaff is my favorite small town in the entire Western U.S. Has the small town feel but still lots of restaurants and things to do.
🧡
I made this same drive a couple of years ago during the 4th of July week and it was a great drive. Going up was better than coming down. 😂
Both directions are really nice. The fall foliage really kicks things up a notch.
Beautiful. Thank you. 😊😊
You’re welcome 😊
