Tarzan Rocks - Disney's Animal Kingdom, Walt Disney World 2000

Stumbled across almost an entire performance of Tarzan Rocks from 2000. It's a good reminder that not every show has to be a complete retelling, this was a nice change of pace. For this show the live music and aerialists were the main focus, sprinkled in with some rollerblading gorillas because "extreme". What I wouldn't give to listen to a live band playing the music from Tarzan, the soundtrack still holds up. Shout out to the main two performers muscles, holy smokes, they are ripped.

Oh man, I remember not being a fan of this as a kid because I was expecting it to be typical Disney theme park “retelling” show fare. Boy am I kicking my kid self and wish this was still around...
