@@alizay3026 not really. It's a phenotypical behaviour scientifically explained by the genotype of an organism. In our case XX chromosome would lead to a female and XY to a male human being. But then u can call yourself anything ,that's ur choice however, it wouldn't change your chromosomes.

There's nothing like gender assignment in Islam.
Let me debunk this game of semantics propagated by this Mard posing as Hijra.
1. Gender is not a subjective fact but an objective fact which can be empirically verified therefore it's not subject to assignment but declaration.
So if someone was mis-gendered in their birth certificate, it'll simply be corrected through verification of the biological make-up of that person and that person will not be called transgender, birth certificates are for social-covenience, people make counterfeit certificates but that doesn't make their identity genuine.
2. Mukhannath is not a transgender but an effeminate men or effeminate women in Islamic terminology.
3. 3rd gender is Intersex where the biological make-up of a person is ambiguous, it's not transgender, a transgender is someone whose biological make-up doesn't match his self-perception, such a category is against Islamic norms.
4. Those who insist on gender as a self-perception should be asked what is a woman or a man? What is it that a person perceives themself to be?
5. This Mard Posing as a Hijra says what does a man get posing as a woman? They get validation for their perversion.
6. This Mard posing as Hijra is saying that Muslims are copying West in their criticism of LGBTQ+, ask him is Qur'an a product of west when it criticises Qaum-e-lut? Ask him what's the difference between Qawm-E-Lut and Transgenders who are biologically males and self-perceivedly females?
