This cannot be done in SAP2000. There is a difference of opinion on how to take this effect. In my personal opinion overlapping does not make the section composite, and the thickness should not be doubled.

Sir how do I show overlap. If two C channels are overlapping at one point and are bolted together in my structure how do I show this in SAP 2000

Can i design cold formed structures in Etabs?
Cold form design option has not been added in ETABs
