Why does it sounds like all the bells are upstairs in the bell tower?Cause they are not.They are all downstairs
The carillon bells are in the bell tower, also some normal bells are there.
The bells downstairs is the ground belfry, they dosent use it anymore so the bells thats ringing is from the bell tower as of 2014
