Around 25 to 30k depends mostly on how much work you can do by yourself and get old materials to work for it.

I built something similar but I used a Shwinn dual sus frame. And I use a rear seat post rack to mount the battery. It can only do 43mph (72km)

1. Move the controller into the tank so it'll be water proof
2. Battery needs cooling, so you could build battery cover with fins. And I don't see a battery level indicator

Good build But Improvements that can be done in next version
1. Their was space for more battery specially at the controller area and the fuel tank area (instead of in built charger make it external)
2. as the point 1 implied battery could easily be 80v at similar Ah capacity
3. Instead of HUb motor should have gone for good mid drive motor for better Center of gravity, better weight balance for turnings cz its a bike not scooty!
4. More easy sitting position not aggressive riding position as its Classic or Cruiser looking catagory so better sit height ergonomic and handle position needed
5. as the Battery Upgraded their is a real need of Motor Upgrade like 10kw or so....

Design was really good , but why didn't you put the controller in the tank ? That will keep the controller safe , and the space where the controller is can be used as storage

Waterproofing and Vent (fins) for Battery while inside Tank Area. Good suggestions. At final note they did very good job. As more builds will come. Improvements will come as well. Great Job Mates.
its not hard build ebike that runs 200km. Hard is make it run 200km on high speed. Consumtion of 3kw motor wheel around 50watts per km at high speed, so, it needs something around 10kwh battery.

We cant drive any modified bikes in India because they are not registered , these kind of bikes are impossible to get registration
More than 500 watt motor, e- vehicle must be registered
@@sanjaysam6220 Can get registration if it's speed exceeds 40km/hr. Less than that isn't required to be registered can can drive without any issues.
@@garvkhanna4490 your velicle need to go through different tests and believe me its not that easy to get certified. You need to have bike parts from authorised dealers in india so that you can make insurance of bike otherwise its useless
