    A car of this caliber without air conditioning or even power windows? A shame!

      That's a big plus on a vintage car like this. I actually prefer it this way. BTW this car does not have the slide away steering column which was optional in '61. Very few of them were built without this feature, which makes this car even more rare.

      @@dj33036 True about the swing away wheel. Those were a gimmick anyway. When idling they would sometimes slip into reverse and take off especially when the parking brake released. Have to,totally disagree about the lack of accessories. No air conditioning or power windows is acceptable in a low end car but not on a luxury car! I for one, wouldn’t buy it. Those items aren’t hard or expensive to fix when they break.

      That's just an ole wives tale about the steering column. If that were true there would have been a recall and they would never have continued producing them. BTW back in the day even Cadillacs and Lincolns were built without air conditioning. Unlike today, back then it was a very expensive option. @@craigjorgensen4637
