The sound needs to be adjusted. It is very tinny, I feel like the sound needs to be closer and contained/warmer? 🤔🤨. I don't know how to explain, because I don't know anything about that stuff. But just saying what I experienced. Oh and i love chicken shwarma! That will be on my BBQ all summer, and garlic lemon chicken! 🫠🤤 well done!
This would definitely be much easier & youll get more char on that chicken if you would have not sliced up the thighs & charred then on the grill...bonus no smoking up your house from all the spices. 😂
@@pmg-1 flavor would be much less that way! The surface area you’re covering with the marinade is far greater than if it was just on the outside of the chicken!
@FarnumGrindtime you could always baste the chicken while cooking to pack on more of the marinade flavor...or set aside some of that marinade and add it to the yogurt
