For this expression, use "to grow up + GERUND". But what you wrote is grammatically correct, it just doesn't have the exact same meaning as the expression I shared.

My best teacher i have a strong desire to teach CELTA in the united states so please tell me again is it possible to teach CELTA if i have an IELTS certificate and graduation degree in English but i don't want to take M.phil and PhD .
