You can do this with Cleo mod mark the map target to other country and drag screen down to use Cleo mod if you have and find teleport after that you get wanted because you go in other country that you don't unlocked simply use Cleo mod again and find cheats and in that click not wanted and that's all (: you need to do this again n' again if you gonna want to go other country
Do this don't go the main road go to the another by road and turn to small road and go some far and jump to water and swim to the new world but police is following you only two jeeps
