You're correct! Mango worms and bot flies are different types of parasites. Mango worms typically affect animals in warmer climates and can be found under the skin, while bot flies usually have a more complex life cycle and can cause different types of infections. Thank you for pointing that out! If you have any more questions about them, feel free to ask.
Yes, it's truly heartbreaking to see those poor dogs and cats suffering like that. These animals often can't express their pain, so they rely on humans for care and attention. Their owners should have noticed the signs earlier, such as wounds, swelling, or changes in behavior, so they could intervene before things got so bad. Neglecting to properly care for pets can indeed be considered animal abuse. Caring for and monitoring a pet’s health isn’t just a responsibility-it’s an act of love and respect for their well-being.
I completely understand your frustration. Seeing animals in such distress is heartbreaking. Sometimes, it can be challenging to get immediate help due to various factors like accessibility to veterinary care or the severity of the infestation. The important thing is to raise awareness and ensure these animals receive the care they need. Thank you for your concern and for highlighting the importance of timely intervention.

Always seems like such a sloppy job. Just little to NO care or empathy towards the poor suffering doggies. "Vet" should be teaching the locals how to take care of their pets.
I understand your concern. Animals in such conditions might be in areas with limited access to veterinary care or high exposure to parasites. It's important to bring attention to these issues to improve conditions and provide better care. Thanks for your compassion and for raising awareness.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Properly removing the worms is very important, and sometimes it requires a professional veterinarian’s help. We aim to raise awareness about the importance of timely medical treatment and care for affected animals.

I understand your concern. It’s heartbreaking to see an animal in such distress. When worms are in such severe locations as the eyes and mouth, it can indeed be very painful and challenging for the animal. In these cases, immediate and comprehensive veterinary care is crucial. Veterinarians will work to remove the parasites and treat any secondary infections or damage caused by the infestation. Although it’s a difficult situation, many animals can recover with prompt and appropriate treatment. Thank you for your compassion and for caring about these animals. What about q buzz so some would be gone to start with. I anm not familiar with these but I believe they are mango worms. Please let me know. Thank you.
It sounds like you're referring to a method for managing or treating mango worms. Mango worms are indeed a serious issue for animals, particularly in certain regions. Here’s a bit more information on how to deal with them: Identification: Mango worms, also known as Cordylobia anthropophaga, are larval stages of flies that infest animals, causing painful sores and discomfort. They typically appear as swollen, reddish lumps under the skin. Treatment: Removal: The primary treatment involves carefully removing the larvae. This is usually done by a veterinarian, who may use local anesthesia to minimize pain and stress. Cleaning: The affected area should be cleaned and disinfected to prevent secondary infections. Follow-Up Care: Monitoring the wound and providing appropriate care to promote healing is essential. Prevention: Environment: Keeping the animal’s living area clean and free from flies can help prevent infestations. Regular Checks: Regularly inspecting animals for signs of parasites and addressing any issues promptly can also help.

Ensuring they receive the proper care and treatment is essential for their recovery and well-being. Your compassion for these animals is greatly appreciated, and it helps to highlight the importance of prompt and effective treatment. If you have any more concerns or suggestions, please feel free to share. Thank you for caring about their welfare. 🐾
This poor puppy likely got so many parasites due to being in an environment where the flies that lay their eggs on animals are common. In regions where mango worms or similar parasites are prevalent, flies often lay their eggs on animals, especially if the animals are vulnerable, malnourished, or living in unsanitary conditions. The eggs hatch into larvae, which then burrow into the skin and cause painful infestations. Stray or abandoned animals are particularly at risk because they lack regular care and hygiene, making them prime targets for these parasites. Regular cleaning, monitoring, and proper veterinary care are essential to prevent and treat these infestations. It’s heartbreaking, but with timely intervention, these animals can be saved and given a ch
Thank you for sharing your suggestion. Bathing with parasite-killing soap can help prevent infestations, but once the worms have burrowed into the skin, their removal often requires more specific intervention, either manually or with the help of a veterinarian. We always aim to find the safest and most effective methods for the animals.

Mango worms STOLEN
In their eyes worms in their mouths how could someone not help them sooner
I completely understand your frustration. Seeing animals in such distress is heartbreaking. Sometimes, it can be challenging to get immediate help due to various factors like accessibility to veterinary care or the severity of the infestation. The important thing is to raise awareness and ensure these animals receive the care they need. Thank you for your concern and for highlighting the importance of timely intervention.
Is the puppy dead?😢

Always seems like such a sloppy job. Just little to NO care or empathy towards the poor suffering doggies. "Vet" should be teaching the locals how to take care of their pets.
He did. Like, a lot.
ONG where in the world did those poor dogs get in to
I understand your concern. Animals in such conditions might be in areas with limited access to veterinary care or high exposure to parasites. It's important to bring attention to these issues to improve conditions and provide better care. Thanks for your compassion and for raising awareness.

I can't see how the puppy nr.2 can survive, worms are in his eyes, mouth and everywhere.Pup is in huge pain. It's beyond sad.😢
Your empathy is deeply appreciated, and it helps bring attention to the importance of timely intervention and care for animals in need.

What about q buzz so some would be gone to start with. I anm not familiar with these but I believe they are mango worms. Please let me know. Thank you.
It sounds like you're referring to a method for managing or treating mango worms. Mango worms are indeed a serious issue for animals, particularly in certain regions. Here’s a bit more information on how to deal with them:
Identification: Mango worms, also known as Cordylobia anthropophaga, are larval stages of flies that infest animals, causing painful sores and discomfort. They typically appear as swollen, reddish lumps under the skin.
Treatment:
Removal: The primary treatment involves carefully removing the larvae. This is usually done by a veterinarian, who may use local anesthesia to minimize pain and stress.
Cleaning: The affected area should be cleaned and disinfected to prevent secondary infections.
Follow-Up Care: Monitoring the wound and providing appropriate care to promote healing is essential.
Prevention:
Environment: Keeping the animal’s living area clean and free from flies can help prevent infestations.
Regular Checks: Regularly inspecting animals for signs of parasites and addressing any issues promptly can also help.
@@ege6688 Sincere thanks for the info provided. I never heard of this until I saw some videos on YT.
My point in shaving your hair down, would get rid of dirt and provide an easier way to deworm. Again thanks and have wondwrful weekend.

Why are so many people stealing his videos. It's crazy
And they are replying to comments to say they will correct the inaccuracies (basically the entire voice over is BS) - those replies were 5 days ago and nothing has been changed. To not give credit to the wonderful man who did everything he could, going above and beyond, for the dogs in Gambia 😌 it is wrong on so many levels. Please do better EGE.

The last one is from a different source, I believe. And not mango worms, but regular house fly maggots…🤮 covering the poor dog. Can it survive ?

No. Those are MANGO WORMS. Not BOT FLIES! You stole this from someone else’s videos because I watched his videos. Shame on you.
These are NOT Botflies!
Thank you for pointing that out! I understand the confusion, as some parasitic infestations can appear quite similar. If these are not botflies, they could indeed be another type of parasite, such as mango worms, which are common in certain regions. I appreciate your feedback, and I'll make sure to verify the information more carefully in future videos. Your input helps improve the accuracy of the content!
GLOVES PLEASE!
Mood that poor baby. Please people take care of your pets.
And I don't understand what is the point of showing us how sick the dog is and than start something and that is the end of the video. What happened to the dog?

WOW THET ARE NOT BOT FLIES THEY ARE MANGO WORMS FIRST OF AND SECOND OFF THIS VIDEO WAS STOLEN AND IF YOU SEE THE ORIGINAL VIDEO ONE OUT OF THE TWO PUPPIES DIED! THIS VIDEO IS A DISGRACE…..SHAME ON YOU
Those poor puppies must have been miserable 😢
It’s truly heartbreaking to see animals in distress. Puppies, in particular, are so vulnerable and can suffer significantly from parasitic infestations.
How did this poor puppy get some many…
This poor puppy likely got so many parasites due to being in an environment where the flies that lay their eggs on animals are common.
Y si lo bañan con un jabón antiparasitario y después lo fumigan no es más fácil para ellos y el pobre animal?
Thank you for sharing your suggestion. Bathing with parasite-killing soap can help prevent infestations, but once the worms have burrowed into the skin, their removal often requires more specific intervention, either manually or with the help of a veterinarian. We always aim to find the safest and most effective methods for the animals.
If you were really taking the mango worms out of these poor darling puppies, you would know they not bot flies. The puppies at the begining of the video were stolen from the Gambia vet, Michael Myer. I am sick of you stealing videos, pretending that you are a rescue. You are just a thief. How about you go out and help any dogs who need it, oh sorry i forgot you are really not a rescue.
