I have nights where I play "let's go shopping" where all i do is go to other players vender, then server hop, and repeat... got some banging weapons and plans for sure, try to do once a week now so definitely an option!
I live buying and selling rare/uncommon and sometimes common plans. some people charge way too much. and so I like to find the players who sell for dirt cheap and give good deals to others at a nominal price. it is how I keep my caps stash up to buy ones I dont have.
I have 70k and already got my 300 weekly bully. My 2nd toon is almost full. They should allow you to purchse legendary modules for like 2000 or allow all plans to be bought with bullion for a price.
After you have everything this game has to offer.... The only thing you can spend your caps is the activation key for the sheepsquatch event, 2k caps on average. At least I'm doing that.
You can buy Assaultron recall keycard from vendors I think for like 1600 round about caps. I would suggest doing it after you zero out your cap cap for the day so you can sell more stuff to the vendor if you want. And if you're lucky maybe you will get a nice leg off the boss and the fixer plan which if you already know will sell for 2k plus caps at your vendor so now you made profit.
It’s a lot better/easier than chasing down the mobs. The medium versions are the best option. Each time one of those events comes around, cycle out my caps on each character until I’m down to under 1k. I keep about 50 spares ready to craft for when/if they add things to the loot pool. If you craft the gifts/pails after the event begins (I think even as soon as the game updates and adds them to the game), you can get the new rewards super early.
Chems, it's kinda hard to keep enough to use regular things like psycho (and it's varients). Not so much stimpaks and rad away I tend to get buried under a mountain of those as I'm taking them to the vendor. also magazines and bobbleheads... Uh, I also keep an eye out for ultracite ammo. I have two commando builds so if I can find it for a cap or two a round I snag it.
Things have changed-very few people selling serums and no flux out there. It will take a time for new folks to start farming them. I have been spending like a fiend to keep from maxing out. You have some nice ideas. Thanks!
There’s always that one guy in wayward who sells gold for caps. Can spend up to 6k caps for 300 gold if you really don’t want to spend caps on anything else
I sell the scrip weapons and armor based on the stars. 1 - less than 300, 2 less than 1k and 3 star around 2k. Near god rolls for ~10k. And most plans for 1 cap lol
I play this game called "can I spend caps at player's vendors faster than player's buying stuff from my vendor". I usually lose because I have really nice items in my vendor for 40k each. Like super rare plans, legendary armor or weapons, apparel, or other rare items. Not because I want 40k for the item, but to show the player I have that item for sell. They almost never ask for a better price. They just buy it. I do have a trade wall for my really really good stuff and do most of my trading on Reddit. Caps are just to easy to get when your at the end game, so I guess spending 40k is no big deal to some player's. I still struggle to spend caps faster than I make them, lol.
nuka cola + bulk aluminium from Whitespring (free frag grenades from top of the world). makes about 20 -25 nuka grenades, in 10 minutes. Great bang for your buck
The only thing i would add is Spend caps on items you can resell for more. I done this when i first started playing now i have inventory to keep caps coming 24/7.
I sell Legendaries at 50% of the listed (in-game) value, non-legendary items at 90% off and ammo at $1. Doing this I went from 1200 caps to the 40,000 caps max in a month.
Get your 1400 daily vendor caps and you can get there even faster. Back in the day a friend and I used to make new alts just to load them up with stuff to sell and would get their 1400 daily caps and then sell them a bobby pin to transfer those caps over to our main.
We should be able to spend caps.In the Atomic Shop. Now wouldn't that be something 'NEW'.After going past the 1000 level mark. There isn't a lot of stuff to buy with caps. All the different forms of cash in this game all count towards-VERY LITTLE !!
I hit 40k several times a day buys bulk materials in bot vendors and sell treasure hunter outfits so I get it to zero and jump to next my scrapbox has 200k in almost everything except flux and cork
@@DadPlaysStuff I bought the bos recon buttress amour from vault 79 but there not showing up in my armour bench am level 74 could that have something to do with it I spent 1500 gold on this set n can not craft can not even see it in my armour bench it’s really driving me mad do I have to buy some more plans bought bos combat torso today n can not even see that in my armour bench hope u can help would appreciate it loads 👍👍👍
@@Blazeproudman buttressed is a mod for your armor that increases you're dr and er so you bought the armor mod to get the actual armor you need to get lucky from daily ops or minerva will sell them sometimes
@@Blazeproudman dont forget to check Minerva. she usually sells the bos armor cheaper than vault 79, but you have to wait for awhile cause she dont carry it everytime she has a sell. I would advise going to secret service armor though. in my opinion, it has got the most bang for your buck.
Ammo and components for me most people ask silly money for legenderys it’s caps for plans that gets me I give em away it costs you nowt to find em same with ammo I don’t use that ammo converter is absolutely pants worse thing they put in the game
Dont forget to pretend your not satan!
im close to level 666 i cant promise anything
That's all I can ask xD
Didn't see it mentioned, but you can also spend up to 6k caps, once per week, for up to 300 gold bullion at the person upstairs at the wayward.
Honestly ive had so much bullion ive not needed to do that for a LOOOONG time.
@@DadPlaysStuff

My favorite thing to buy is plans. I'm always finding rare ones I don't have.
Noice its what i like doing too :P

Preaching to the Whole damn church man theres not enough good solutions for caps ...like seriously xD
There should be a legendary effect on gear that is the opposite of aristocrat where if you're flat ass broke all of your stuff is overpowered
Haha I agree tbh.
personally Hobos bloodied mini gun sounds amazing
@@thebronyhoodpony5627 that is the perfect date for the legendary effect 🤣👍 a Hobo's slower fire rate more AP cost..
Fallout 4 had a scavver issue like this, lower cape = higher strength
It will be called the child of wasteland

Honestly that was one that was a honourable mention for me
I like to buy recall keycard circuit boards for the encrypted event
Its a good suggestion
@@DadPlaysStuff the maps from the u-mine-it! Vendor at rusty picks are also not bad. For easy caps, junk and XP in bad times 😅
Would also add apparel as you can pick up some decent stuff from vendors. Also spawn the vendor bot if you can, and keep a look out for Grahm.
Its definetly an option for sure.

The fixer plan is the best thing you can get from that ... and if im honest most of the items i get from that event are scrip/vendortrash
I'm just forever looking for the Heavy Metal Torso plan. Nearing 1000 hours now and it's like it doesn't exist.
I have spent a lot of caps on Pails and Wrapping Paper although I think I've nearly every plan from those events on all 3 characters I run now.
I barely ever by them tbh.

Your pricing is good. I think near God rolls should be a bit more, 20-40k and never sell God rolls, they are just too good😇
You'd be suprised I've found many godrolls going cheap.
