They did miss the possible Lady-Deadpool but it's understandable it's barely there at all I missed it too until it was pointed out there's a quick shot of someone wearing reverse pattern Red/Black gloves with Uzi's which is LD's weapon of choice.

Fun fact: The moment when Deadpool dodges attacks from Wolverine in the trailer is 1:1 the same choreography as Tobey Maguire's Peter dodging Flash Thompson's attacks in first Spider-Man. Coincidence?

I personally really am curious on the returning villians from the previous Xmen movies returning and they arent the popular ones.
You got Toad,Pyro,Lady Deathstrike,Callisto,Azazael and i hear the Original Sabretooth from Xmen 1 will return.
