Let go of all your ideas and beliefs.. especially spiritual beliefs...and ground into the divine...the body. Just finished Jeff's book. Been following his work for years.

Also, it's about traits not states. In spirituality we still need to grow up. Growing up never stops. 🙏

This was a great discussion. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to you both. Thank you. Now I have another book on my wish list

Enlightenment comes from the body. Who is enlightened? No one, but the body. Enlightenment is inwards not outside of you. Enlightenment is dealing with inner emotions and coming out walking lighter. 🙏❤️

Somatic Therapy. Never heard of it. I'm so glad I followed my whatever to look past my preconception of the thumbnail of you two and have a watch. I can't wait to read the book and I have this feeling a change is coming. Thank you Jeff Brown in advance.

Wow tremendous. He is delivering so much so fast so keenly, that I fear few that haven't read extensively will follow fully. But you can't miss getting great snippets from this, at least. I say that because I've been talking to some "rationalists" who just can't get past the word "spiritual" seeing it as suspicious poppycock, but the only people who will listen close enough to catch all this are very close listeners.

This was a very frustrating conversation to listen to. The defence of buddhism, a misogynistic religion and the failure to acknowledge it, is remarkable.

A bit too much interrupting by interviewer. Had to stop listening
