Conleth Hill was born to be an actor. He is gifted beyond belief and humble and kind, which makes his acting all the more impressive. He plays characters that are quite the opposite of kind, characters that manipulate and command power through their words and presence not with brute force, and he plays them so well, it’s sometimes hard for me to remember he is acting, it seems so authentic and raw the way he picks apart his enemies with threats, self confidence, and intelligence. Blessings to you Conleth Hill, we owe you so much for all the years of entertainment you have given us. I hope continued success to you in your career ahead.
And such a swear it would be, delivered with class and sophistication of a caliber one couldn't help but be thankful and inquire upon a second helping. 😅
"Power resides where men believe it resides". Çonleth Hill is a very underrated actor imho. He was fantastich as Lord Varys in GoT. Its a shame how they ended his character, right before the finale. Didnt make any sense: Lord Varys had 'survived' the Mad King, Robert Baratheon, Goffrey, Tommen,....All through caution and discretion... and all of a sudden he goes 'rogue', and start sending treasenous statements, from the very island-fortress of the person he's betraying? No, thats not Lord Varys, that was ridicoulous writing...("Varys kinda forgot he was on Dragonstone with Dany and her Dragons..."). He should have had his old seat back at the small counsil-table.
I love their little exchange about Downton Abbey, it's rare I see shows just let people gush about something...and its such a rare thing in Suits in particular. No put downs...no 'im so cool' speeches...just two people having a little in the hall chat about a tv show.
Even though Harvey is the antagonist Conleth Hill makes Harvey look like a villain. By putting him in his place with the way talked to Mike. He seems similar to Varys.

70s-80s chiefly. It was mildly amusing, but there were so many English slights up to that point so it took the snap out of it. Dragged the episode down a bit really as Yanks don't do irony and humour very well, lacking a certain refinement. Leave that to the Brits, guys.

Game of Suits

In the game of suits, you either look and act the part, or you die. There is no middle ground.
USA actually advertised it as this in a trailer at least once, if you search RUclips for the phrase you should find it.
