My last relationship was 15 years ago, and once the breakup happened, I took the time to focus on me and learned to REALLY love myself. I went back to school, obtained TWO degrees and I'm now doing my best to live my best life. I didn't see it then, but I came to the realization a long time ago that the breakup WAS a blessing. I got out of a toxic relationship little over a year ago. We were together for almost 3 years. Since the very beginning I kinda knew he wasn’t the one but he was handsome and charming. It was harder and harder to try to leave him. I felt I had invested a lot in the relationship and I ended up taking him back every time. When I finally made the decision that this relationship was costing me my mental and emotional sanity, it has passed years already. I never met a person like him before so I was very confused about his behavior a lot of times. Thank you for sharing! I am going through a very fresh breakup (3 weeks in) from a toxic relationship with someone that I questioned whether he would be right for me as well. I could detect incompatibility almost off the bat but he is also handsome and charming and was soo different than anyone I had dated, so I was intrigued. The relationship started off on a rocky foundation and we both contributed to a lot of hurt but it ended in a very bad way. We were together 1.5 years and were living together and even though it’s been my shortest relationship, it’s been the most painful heartache I have ever experienced. Sometimes I wish I never continued to date him despite feeling like it wasn’t fully right…but we live and learn (I have already learned many lessons). It helps with making small positive changes everyday .Get rid of negative things and reward yourself with self love . Things just start opening up and then you know your on the right path.
Your used to him or her ur attached. You created a routine and memories. Once you let that go you will have withdrawals. You will always think of the good times. Everyday you will think of him or her. You will either turn to drugs or alcohol to cope or you will be strong and focus on urself, its up to you what choice to make. Only time and hard willpower will make you heal.

He hasn’t attempted to speak to me since October when he last said he would call me back to discuss something I told him was very important to me on a personal level (had nothing to do with us). And from that day on he never called like he said. Never reached out for any holiday. Never checked on me through the rest of this pandemic....if I think about it I get so incredibly upset because he’s not who I thought. it’s like I’m mourning who I thought he was, the life i wanted, and recognizing who he really is all at the same time. But I’ve been praying for strength.

If he’s not contacting you, that should tell you everything you need to know. You will have love in your life again someday. I needed this 3 years only a month after the break up...I did everything I could gave everything in my power 🥺I want God to help me is to heal I left loving him but his heart was not in the relationship...I havent Heard from Him in 6 weeks... GOD is my safety net that I can always turn to at my darkest moment. My life has changed tremendously after I accepted GOD. I don’t blame GOD for the hurts in my life as He gives me free wills and when I really look closely at my life I was the one making choices that led to those fails and disappointments. I agree in seeking professional help to improve your mental health. I believe we need to be fully healed before we could expect a next better relationship as a better partner also deserves a better version of myself too.

Some break ups doesn't only crush ur heart but ur soul. I'm in a heartbreak right now and doing some reflecting. There are times u just tremble and break down but I guess u just have to respect the process. It is what it is. I'm just thinking, the purpose has been served, ..life is forward, by doing this I'm not seeing the break up as something negative, rather as something that's so beautiful, it makes u human. It has a purpose. But again it's so hard especially when difficult painful episodes just comes in and u don't have a choice but to feel it.
I'm getting over a breakup and I wasn't expecting it to happen. He disturbed my peace. He knew what I was going thru regarding my sickness and even stayed so I thought he was the one. Even though he cheated, played with my feelings and stayed longer than I should. So now in accepting that it wasn't meant to be and to get back to enjoying the single life.

My breakup was one of the worst things I have ever been through. I now see that God was present where I wasn’t and saw what I could not see happening behind closed doors. I believe that God heard the conversations being had in my absence and I believe the Lord has protected me. Rejection is redirection but it is painful when we can’t see the next page yet. I’m so thankful God made me a virtuous woman and I can look back with no regrets. God saw it ALL and he is my protector, healer, and vindicator.
Thank you! This video is me completely. I have been in therapy for 6 years and had problems my whole life. I was 35 when I first told a man I loved him, even though I married at 18 and divorced at 33. Even after all the therapy I had been through I am still afraid to date. I'm afraid I could destroy a good man or end up with another abusive one.
So strange I'm still trying to figure things out. I didn't date anyone for almost a year after being with someone for almost 3 years and I was so sad at the beginning of that break up that I prayed to God to help me heal all of my love wounds. And then I met someone almost a year later not even thinking I would end up caring about that person. But I felt so much joy just being around him and with him. I thought that prayer was answered and I was blessed somehow. But then he ended up being more messed up then me when it came to relationships. So scared to just let it let it happen because of his fears. So now I'm even more confused and hurt than I was before. I was giving and loving and not afraid to try again but he got scared I guess or I don't even know was it just a cruel game? But me being honest and open and willing to offer my cup of love just to feel drained and ghosted and rejected got me nowhere but heartache. I'm really trying to understand what does God want from me?
Take your time even when it feels right. Look at it as a blessing when people fail the test meaning guys who get scared, or show you your true colors mean they aren't for you. Look at it like process of elimination and not internalizing attachment. Sometimes you have to go through the cornfield to get to the sunflower lol. Weird analogy of mine lol

Stephan I been binge watching your videos and I must say I need a 1 on 1 ..Breakup after 18yrs and it has taken over my life! I’m in counseling for depression and I’m just ready to move forward but still don’t know how...he has moved on but constantly telling me he hasn’t and he wants to make it work but not showing me that he does. Thank you for sharing! I am going through a very fresh breakup (3 weeks in) from a toxic relationship with someone that I questioned whether he would be right for me as well. I could detect incompatibility almost off the bat but he is also handsome and charming and was soo different than anyone I had dated, so I was intrigued. The relationship started off on a rocky foundation and we both contributed to a lot of hurt but it ended in a very bad way. We were together 1.5 years and were living together and even though it’s been my shortest relationship, it’s been the most painful heartache I have ever experienced. Sometimes I wish I never continued to date him despite feeling like it wasn’t fully right…but we live and learn (I have already learned many lessons). My ex broke up with me saying that I am not the one. We are still so happy and even the meet to breakup is all over fun and cuddles and kisses and hugs. We both cried. I just don't know why he thinks I am not the one when he still has feeling for me, and he told me that there is nothing wrong with me, it was all about his mind. but I know once he decided, he will never come back. He is my love and he also ticks all the boxes I need in a partner. I know I will never find anyone like him.

My breakup was one of the worst things I have ever been through. I now see that God was present where I wasn’t and saw what I could not see happening behind closed doors. I believe that God heard the conversations being had in my absence and I believe the Lord has protected me. Rejection is redirection but it is painful when we can’t see the next page yet. I’m so thankful God made me a virtuous woman and I can look back with no regrets. God saw it ALL and he is my protector, healer, and vindicator.

Thank you! This video is me completely. I have been in therapy for 6 years and had problems my whole life. I was 35 when I first told a man I loved him, even though I married at 18 and divorced at 33. Even after all the therapy I had been through I am still afraid to date. I'm afraid I could destroy a good man or end up with another abusive one.
So strange I'm still trying to figure things out. I didn't date anyone for almost a year after being with someone for almost 3 years and I was so sad at the beginning of that break up that I prayed to God to help me heal all of my love wounds. And then I met someone almost a year later not even thinking I would end up caring about that person. But I felt so much joy just being around him and with him. I thought that prayer was answered and I was blessed somehow. But then he ended up being more messed up then me when it came to relationships. So scared to just let it let it happen because of his fears. So now I'm even more confused and hurt than I was before. I was giving and loving and not afraid to try again but he got scared I guess or I don't even know was it just a cruel game? But me being honest and open and willing to offer my cup of love just to feel drained and ghosted and rejected got me nowhere but heartache. I'm really trying to understand what does God want from me?
Take your time even when it feels right.
Look at it as a blessing when people fail the test meaning guys who get scared, or show you your true colors mean they aren't for you. Look at it like process of elimination and not internalizing attachment. Sometimes you have to go through the cornfield to get to the sunflower lol. Weird analogy of mine lol

Stephan I been binge watching your videos and I must say I need a 1 on 1 ..Breakup after 18yrs and it has taken over my life! I’m in counseling for depression and I’m just ready to move forward but still don’t know how...he has moved on but constantly telling me he hasn’t and he wants to make it work but not showing me that he does. I feel so silly! I been praying praying and praying and I’m leaning on GOD for healing. I seriously need to get through this.
