@Sootch00 Didn’t even need to watch the video Sootch to agree. I JUST got the Kore 2.0 X1 and X5 Leather and Nylon tactical belts and MAN I will never go back to a cobra buckle belt or any other “gun” belt. Even Nexbelts, I own a few of those and they’re great, but they’re nowhere near the quality of the new Kore 2.0 belts! For those that don't know, there are two major track style gun belt brands out there... Kore and Nexbelt. Kore was the first to come to market I believe with the track style gun belts and soon after Nexbelt appeared. Well at that time, Nexbelt's pricing was much cheaper, so I decided to stick with them. But now the Nexbelt pricing has surpassed the Kore pricing, but the quality has not. When I got my first Kore gun belt I was BLOWN AWAY by the subtle differences. The small attention to detail with Kore like the rounded edges of the belt, the proprietary inner core which helps keep the belt rigid and hugs close to your body. The Kore buckles are also superior quality; you can easily with one hand release the buckle when it’s at max tension; near impossible to do one handed. The build quality is top notch, & though the design is similar, the ‘manufacturing’ is on another level. The ONLY thing I wish, is that Kore had more colors! ALL my Nexbelt’s dig into my hips no matter where I position my belt & it creates a sore along my midsection. The Kore belt does NOT have this problem! It's nice n smooth against your midsection and somehow it does NOT cut into your side especially if you're on the heavier side (with love handles). 10/10 it's the only belt I'll be buying from Kore from now on!
I use it daily and love it! I am a detective and I was going through belts like crazy because I had to wear dress belts with my suits at work and the weight of a gun seems to not like dress belts at all. That changed when I found the Kore gun belt. As soon as I ordered the black belt and wore it for a day I knew I had to order the brown belt to wear whenever I wasn’t working!! They are the most comfortable and adjustable belts I have ever worn and they will easily handle whatever accessories you put on them daily (I have a full size Glock, extra magazine, and handcuffs and the belt doesn’t budge). Hands down the best belts I've ever worn.
how big difference is it carrying a heavy gun and a couple of mags (IDPA training) on that leather belt vs the 2019 Kore Tactical nylon belt ? They say it takes 8 pounds vs the leather that takes 4 pounds of weight... but in actuality, how do you notice this difference over the day or carrying ? Thanks!! :)
TY. I have watched a ton of your videos and this one really got me. Bought this belt, the black, and brown, and THE best gun belt that I can use for business wear and on weekends to carry my EDC! I highly recommend this.
Glad to see some of the sites are starting to talk these belts up. I've used the belts for a couple years now and they really stand up and Kore backs up their product. I wear one every day, and as far as carry I don't leave home without one. Gun and belt.
I've worn my KORE gun belt for just over a year and it still looks as good as new. It seems exceptionally well-built and provides value that is second-to-none. I bought a black belt (I wear 80% of the time) and a brown belt (I wear 20% of the time). So I recommend.
Took your advice and bought a Kore belt. Just received today and I am very impressed. Strong enough to keep my compact 45 tight to the body and was easy to trim to fit. I plan on getting a brown belt to go along with my black one. Thanks for your review!
Sootch won’t mention this but when you need to use the can unlike a regular belt it doesn’t completely unhook which can let the gun hit the floor. Just loosen it enough to drop.
Been using the Kore Essentials for more than 2 years, love it. The buckle came apart about a year and a half ago and they replaced it at no charge. I will never buy anything but a ratcheting belt ever again. With a 30" waist it's hard to find a belt without going around my waist one and a half times. When I bought mine, they only had one choice for gun belt.
I have seen lot of RUclipsrs tout that these Kore belts are the best and I think it actually lives up to it’s hype. The quality of the belt and buckle for the price is seriously legit.
I’ve owned 5 different gun belts by 5 different manufacturers but my Kore belt is by far the most practical EDC belt I've had so far. Looks great, infinitely adjustable when you switch holsters, and even quickly and discreetly adjustable after that big meal or if your holster starts to hang funny. So it’s a recommend for me.
I have been using this belt for about 18 months and it retains it’s rigidity with daily use. The 1/4” adjustment increments are worth the price of the belt. A great product.
Sootch my Kores belts are over 3 years and damn if I dont still wear them every day. Love these belts for many reasons but mostly the way they adjust and stiffness for my full size 1911.
These Kore belts are very good. I was a 511 fan, decided to try these out after seeing Sootch00 and others review them. I really like these, they fit better than the 511 belts.
I have two of these, one black and one brown. Been wearing the brown one during the week and the black one with my Sunday going to meeting attire. Great belts. May order another brown or maybe a nylon web version to work into the edc rotation. One thing I really like about the leather belts is how they don’t scream tactical “hey I’m packing heat!” to the general public. On the outside, it looks like just a normal belt.
Based on your review I decided to purchase me a Kore essentials belt. These Kore leather gun belts are pretty tough and rigid. It fits right in when I'm at the office and does not give off that "Tactical" vibe. Yet it provides the support I need for IWB with my CZP07. Thanks for the recommendation sootch. God bless.
Owner of 3 Kore gun belts. First is 3 years old and still going strong. So I wanted to try them all I guess and having a brown and black leather belt is always nice. Holds my glock 19 just fine or anything smaller that I've switched out. All in all great belts.
I’ve been using the Kore belt for years and it’s held up great. The teeth will NOT strip and the beautiful thing about this belt is that if you lose or gain 5-10 lb (as I do) you can adjust it accordingly. Also, IWB and OWB holsters both work great with this belt. It fits all my holsters, looks great and “normal” and not tactical so it’s ideal for an office or more formal setting with a tuckable iwb holster. Side note: I highly recommend Pyntek Holsters for awesome tuckable holsters. Great review as always Sootch!
I’ve got one and have worn it everyday for the last 5 or 6 months and so far I love it. I’m a bigger guy so it’s hard to find a belt that just holds my pants up. I don’t have any complaints. I can’t carry at work so as just a regular belt it does the trick.
I've been using this exact belt and buckle almost 2 yrs, I carry IWB appendix and like the easy adjustment if i want to loosen it a bit when I sit down. Haven't had any problems with it!
I have 2 Kore belts one that is a dressier one that I have worn to several all day training days the belt held up perfectly. The other one is a tactical gun belt. The ratcheting system works so well I will always wear Kore belts
I have had my X3 Kore buckle and gun belt for just over a month now. I'm a detective and use it for work; and so far so good, as it doesn't show any signs of wear from wearing my gun, badge, handcuffs, etc. on my belt. The leather and stitching seem to be holding up well and the belt is rigid enough that it doesn't collapse from the weight. I even wear it off-duty for concealed carry and it is perfect. I am able to adjust the fit of my belt whether I am IWB concealed or OWB at work. So overall a great belt.
I don’t want to put a kink in this information but I bought one just over two years ago. I wore it everyday for about 6 or 7 months, the end that was clamped to the buckle started to pull out. I resecured the belt to the buckle and it did it again. This went on for a week then I finally bought this handmade double thick gun belt and I’ve been wearing it ever since with everything from my Glock 43 in a IWB holster to my Glock 26 and 19 in a OWB holster. Never a problem with anything. I’m not knocking the belt it was just not right for me. Everything can’t be the right fit for everyone. Great video and keep them coming!
Agree they are the ulitmate. These belts are incredible and i can't get over how well it fitrs and its totally comfortable. i forget that i am carrying .
I was just given one of the nylon Kore belts last week. Most comfortable belt I’ve ever worn. The adjustment is so simple. You said it all in your review. I won’t be wearing anything else from now on.
I’m honestly telling you my draw times at USPSA matches went down using this belt and the people I shoot with even noticed. This belt is so stiff my draws are way way more consistent and my mags are in the same exact spot for faster reloads! These Kore belts are just as good for competition shooting sports as they are for edc.
Another great review Sootch! I don't even currently own a gun and your review really makes me want one of these awesome Kore essentials belts! Please keep up the great work you do Sootch! You are without a doubt my favorite gun reviewer on RUclips bar none! Eagerly awaiting your next review, your dedicated fan Scott Reinstein! PS my future gun purchase is based on one of you wonderful gun reviews! Haven't owned a firearm for awhile do to financial problems, but I no longer have financial problems and am eager to get back to lawful gun ownership! Thank you again so much for all the great reviews you do!!!
Robert Cairns how big difference is it carrying a heavy gun and a couple of mags (IDPA training) on that leather belt vs the 2019 Kore Tactical nylon belt ? They say it takes 8 pounds vs the leather belts that takes 4 pounds of weight... but, (and if you happen to have both) in actuality, how do you notice this difference over the day or carrying ? Thanks!! :)
This Kore belt , a good holster keeps my gun close and secure. I don't have to wear baggy clothes. I carry a Shield 2.0 in a Hidden Hybrid Holster. Had my Kore belt for two years. Just ordered a black one.
I have been wearing Kore belts for several years. I switch between two belts and they both still look new. I wear them daily and use them with my IWB holster. The other great feature is that I have lost 55 lbs over the past two years and the belt can be trimmed to fit (as long as you don't trim too much they adjust up and down easily). You don't get those worn ridges and stretched out buckle holes as in normal leather belts. They are a good investment. I highly recommend these belts.
I got my first Kore belt in 2015. Its black leather and it's my favorite belt of all time. The way it fits and locks on your waist can't be matched by other belts really. No that I know of. I just retired it last month to be my backup belt and got the newer version with locking screws. Didn't think the orginal could get better but the new buckles are even better and the tactical is nice and stiff.
Im a lil late here but i wanted one for my birthday my girl picked me one up And needless to say i just ordered my 2nd one today i have had my first one for over a year i love it
Sootch these Kores belts are one of the best gun products I ever used. Both my belts fromthem are well over 5 years young and still use them to carry every day cause they work so damn good. Gave my other bels away or threw them away years ago.
Thank you- I have the unreinforced version that I picked up at Costco, and it serves adequately, yet only because i can ratchet it tighter. So I now look forward to upgrading to Kore #1!!!
I have both their leather and new 'tactical' nylon gun belts. They're the best - very sturdy and keeps it shape without being heavy or thick. I didn't want to get a double layer leather gun belt because (1) they're too thick to get through many holsters, (2) the hole spacing don't fit me right. The track on the Kore belts adjust 1mm at a time to get the perfect fit for whatever holster I'm using. The nylon belt is much stiffer than the leather and works great for competition shooting. The dress belt looks great, especially with dressier clothing.
Just bought my 3rd kore belt. I wanted to get ranger green tactical. Quality and fit is outstanding with my glock19 owb. Forget I am carrying most of the time.
Just got mine today gun metal buckle gray tac nylon gun belt. Really nice well made and comfortable. I don't edc but with this u really could. Feels stout
I normally don’t respond to infomercials, but this belt looks so nice I had to try one. It came yesterday, and I got it cut to size. I got the tan nylon. Nice looking belt in person, too, and I’m looking forward to wearing it.
I carry every dam day with this belt. You have to these days. You never know when youre going to act. Get the right gun, solid holster and belt to support it all. I makes a difference.
I used a bull leather belt for a few years and then went to a Nova rigid nylon belt from T-Rex Arms. It utilizes a Cobra buckle. Love it! The belt you reviewed seems like an interesting concept.
I'm wearing my Kore X4 with black leather right now! Also, you'll want to use those hex screws on your leather belts too. Pressing the leather in toward the buckle will cause the buckle to pop off otherwise. Thank me later when it saves you from an embarrassing moment in public.
I saw many RUclips Kore belt reviews noting especially your comments and they convinced me this could be THE belt to hold up more than my trousers. I opted for the tactical reinforced belt model as my EDC (gun/spare mag/flashlight) belt. Lots of weight and I didn't want things falling down as with other brands/material. The Kore tactical model is a very stiff ridged belt. The hook/loop belt loop provided is needed to capture the end of belt otherwise it sticks out. I found that OWB and paddle holsters affect the amount of belt needed differently. An IWB holsters probably even more length would be needed. If you are a first time buyer of any Kore products be sure to use the discount code. If you don't have it contact Kore product support. Unless you are in desperate need use the lowest cost shipping and save $$$. I ordered mine on Monday afternoon and was delivered in TX by Friday noon.
The track system is great on mine. Super adjustable. The belt works very well with my smaller guns like the Shield. But it’s not really heavy duty for my G17 or 21.
It's a sign! Lol! The Kore belts are sweet. I'll still wear my Daltech Bull Leather Belts for heavier duty wear but for evenings and Sundays, these are great. Thanks Jerrid!
So first off, I am not a paid reviewer; and I don’t know anyone at the company, etc. Not only am I a big guy, I have almost no butt whatsoever. My pants are constantly sliding down in the back. If you can relate, you know the struggle of constantly hiking your pants up all day long. Not with this belt! Even though I keep the belt cinched pretty tight, I don’t feel any rubbing/chafing/discomfort at all. I was a bit concerned that my gut would hang over and get irritated by the buckle but again, no discomfort at all. I’m extremely impressed at how stiff the belt is and it’s ability to stay put, even when my pockets are weighted down with a wallet, keys, phone, large folding knife, flashlight and a can of dip. I even threw on my Ruger P89 in a paddle holster and my pants didn’t budge. I bought 2 gun belts (1 tactical, 1 leather) and a buckle. I plan to get another buckle so I don’t have to continually swap them out. All I can say is that if you buy this belt and aren’t 100% satisfied, you may have unrealistic expectations...in that case, skip the belt and invest in some therapy.

Damn Cortez, I'm going to get two for myself now. Thanks for the info.
Thanks Sully, glad to hear about your experience with the belts.
Thank you too
When I search kore gun belts on Amazon they all say "not a gun belt" what's up with that?
@@JS-ox3ql At this time all our gun belts are sold on our website. Thanks

I've been wearing a Kore belt daily for over a year and I still love it with or without my carry gun.
This video is an ad, but it answered my questions about the product.
Just got mine in brown with the X2 Gunmetal buckle. Absolutely LOVE it- thanks for the recommendation!!
Been rocking Kore belts for 8+ years, love em !!
I’ve worn my Kore belt everyday for the last 2 years. It still looks like it’s brand new and works just as well as day one.
Scott Nicklay my black leather belt has scratches and left marks against my wall so the finish on it isn’t great but I still love it.
how big difference is it carrying a heavy gun and a couple of mags (IDPA training) on that leather belt vs the 2019 Kore Tactical nylon belt ? TheCartoonPilot yeah I had mine for 2 years and only had to replace the buckle once but still feels good no complaints here.
Just ordered my second Kore belt! Love them and they are they ultimate EDC belt!
I've been wearing mine for over a yr. I have one black and one brown with different buckles. Outstanding system!
the track system is great I never had a belt fit so nice.
I was giving these types of belt out as gifts several years ago. Smart!

I was a skeptic at first but guys these kore belts keep my rig really stable and are so damn adjustable. Worht every penny.
I have seen lot of RUclipsrs tout that these Kore belts are the best and I think it actually lives up to it’s hype. The quality of the belt and buckle for the price is seriously legit.

I've used these belts going on 3 years now. They last and last. The only belts I use. Great review Sootch00
Sootch and American Gun Chic are right. These Kore belts are outstanding belts. My son wants one now that he’s seen mine.
All I wear for about 6 months. The ease of adjustability awesome.
Have 2 of these and are absolutely the best gun belts on the market.
Sootch is right. I got one and the track sizing system works great. If you're looking for a solid gun belt a Kore belt is definitely the way to go.
God bless.
Been wearing mine every day for three years. Still going strong.

Thanks sootch00, when I really need a no nonsense informative review I try to find you.
I’ve got two of those belt. Been almost two years wearing them daily and they work great.
thanks sootch. i just bought it because of this vid
Sootch's always showing us quality items I want to buy haha. Keep up the amazing work!
I’ve got one and have worn it everyday for the last 5 or 6 months and so far I love it. I’m a bigger guy so it’s hard to find a belt that just holds my pants up. I don’t have any complaints. I can’t carry at work so as just a regular belt it does the trick.

Sorry Lee. With the newer 2.0 version shown here, the belt can NOT pull out of the buckle. Thanks
I love my kore belts. Own 3 of them now including the new multicam black tactical belt. I dont wear any of my other cobra gun belts anymore.
Agree they are the ulitmate. These belts are incredible and i can't get over how well it fitrs and its totally comfortable. i forget that i am carrying .
Received it today. And I have to agree. It's a quality product.
I was just given one of the nylon Kore belts last week. Most comfortable belt I’ve ever worn. The adjustment is so simple. You said it all in your review. I won’t be wearing anything else from now on.
Been using it for 2 years. Great belt.
The reviews don't lie. I have one and this kore belt kicks ass. Period. If you want the best tactical belt for the money, well you're looking at it.

Kore belts are amazing. And they are the best gun belt out there. Love mine.
Robert Cairns how big difference is it carrying a heavy gun and a couple of mags (IDPA training) on that leather belt vs the 2019 Kore Tactical nylon belt ? This Kore belt , a good holster keeps my gun close and secure. I don't have to wear baggy clothes. I carry a Shield 2.0 in a Hidden Hybrid Holster. Had my Kore belt for two years. Just ordered a black one.

I have a nylon version it is an amazing belt I wear it every day I never had a mess with the set screws
I can not say it is the best ever like some folks here but it is definitely a real nice belt for when you carry around town.
I wear the Kore Belt for everyday
Love the quick adjustment
No Tuck shirts are awesome too
I got my first Kore belt in 2015.
Great review! Ive been searching for a gun belt and I'm definitely purchasing a Kore essentials belt now. Your word means a lot. Thanks
Im a lil late here but i wanted one for my birthday my girl picked me one up And needless to say i just ordered my 2nd one today i have had my first one for over a year i love it
I saw these belts somewhere, and liked the idea. I'm glad you did a video on it. I think I just found my Alien Wear replacement!
Sootch these Kores belts are one of the best gun products I ever used. Both my belts fromthem are well over 5 years young and still use them to carry every day cause they work so damn good. Gave my other bels away or threw them away years ago.
I agree, really handy smart system. It's just better.
I like this web video, and how this guy explains guns and belts!
Best belt I ever owned!
And probably only belt that has lasted longer than any belt I had. Even my Louis Vuitton belts don’t lasts.
I've had two of these for two years. Works and looks great.
Just got mine. Perfect.
I bought these a few weeks ago. They're the best belts I've ever had.
I have worn my belt for the last year. They are the best.
Thank you- I have the unreinforced version that I picked up at Costco, and it serves adequately, yet only because i can ratchet it tighter. So I now look forward to upgrading to Kore #1!!!
Bro just ordered a Kore Pistol belt and used your discount code , thanks 4 that.
DigitalShadow117 what’s the code boss
I bought 2 in November with the hanger. I believe there is a 1 year warranty on them. They have been great so far.
Honestly probably the best belts for the $$
I also just got a black Kore belt and love it! I plan to get the brown version too.
Great review, I ordered the Kore dress belt by mistake, but that's ok, reorder the X1 leather gun belt. keep the great reviews coming.
Feels stout
I'm late to the Kore game but I love mine!
Excellent presentation Don. Best explanation I've seen on these belts. I'm going to buy one after listening to your review.
I normally don’t respond to infomercials, but this belt looks so nice I had to try one. It came yesterday, and I got it cut to size. I got the tan nylon. Nice looking belt in person, too, and I’m looking forward to wearing it.
Very cool, just ordered me and my dad one! Makes great gifts too.
Thanks Sootch
Been using one for about 2 years. Love them!
Got it and Love it. Comfortable yet firm enough for my edc.
Love my Kore belts--have 5 of them with 4 being gun belts....two leather and two nylon.
I love it...Wear it everyday for 2 years...Wont wear anything else..
I'm laughing out loud, you look mighty fine In Those Jeans boy, LMAO
Eddie Murphy at his best : )
The track system is great on mine. Super adjustable. The belt works very well with my smaller guns like the Shield. But it’s not really heavy duty for my G17 or 21.
I will buy one, because you reviewed it and I trust you.
I have bought other brands in the past but kore makes the best !
Me and my friend were just discussing new gun belts today!! thanks Sootch! Haha
It's a sign! Lol! The Kore belts are sweet. I'll still wear my Daltech Bull Leather Belts for heavier duty wear but for evenings and Sundays, these are great. Thanks Jerrid!
I bought a smith and Wesson shield last year and bought the alien gear kit and carry appendix. Absolutely love the gun and holster set !!!!!!
I've been very pleased with the new Alien Gear 2.0 Shapeshift holsters. They've really stepped it up. Thanks Todd
Bladetech Ultimate carry belt ...... good on ya Sootch , dont know "who" nailed it first but your spot on that system is the final solution.....
Yes,Kore, essentials,makes the Best!
