That was awesome!!! I have a creek by my house I get crawfish from! I will definitely be trying one of the small pots.. The long boil times are ok if you just shooting the shit with your friends! But when you are just waiting to get it done for a crowd that's the ticket!! Thanks

I was invited to the place in the video, and it belongs to the people that invited me. I don’t know where they got theirs but you should be able to do a Google search for crawfish pirogue

What if you put frozen two liters bottles filled with with water instead of dumping ice on the crawfish?
I've used that method and it works well
Just saying. That 3 pot method is a waste of time just like dusting method. It’s all about the soak time plain and simple. Taste your water before putting crawfish in and the longer you soak the more flavor.
I've never had crawfish, nor been to a boil. I'm also not in the market for a mega crawfish boiler
