Ashanti never had influence over Dagbon. There was never a war between Ashanti and Dagbong but just mutual exchanges: spiritual powers from Dagbon and western guns from Ashanti.

Madam historian you are lying the Ashanti have never have influenced Dagbomba and we never pay tribute to the Ashanti, and we were never vulnerable to Ashantis, go back and check why dagbon warriors bears Ashanti name we exchanged military. yaa Asantua was a Dagbomba woman and also warrior her name was Asanatu the Ashantis couldn't pronounce it well that is why we have Ya Asantua. also check why the then asantehene said if you kill ten slaves ten slaves will come. found out way they were carrying them Yaa Naa to the south and why he didn't reach the then king and was send back to dagbon. we will make sure any historian that gives the history of dagbon on any platform and gives fake history will be reprimanded. go do your findings and to lie again
