Well in fairness they can’t keep this up indefinitely. What are they supposed to do. Some people just don’t get found. It’s sad but true. You can’t except the Spanish people to continue funding this search. Two weeks is about right to search an area like that. They can’t search anywhere else without sufficient information.
Lucy was heard screaming night before that the bag was stollen by the lucky lucky men and she didnt know what to do, but she said she left him at the club, nothing but lies from her his friends and family. The cops probably thought youve got £40k plus now find him yourself with all the family, friends ex girlfriends boyfriends next doors dog and numbber 45s goldfish which when asked to turn up on final day of searching, not one of them did. NO ONE HAS SHOWN THAT VID. Edit, they have and sounds like he was stabbed in leg aswell. Arrest lucy. Simple.

There have ben instances off people on drugs jumping out of windows not in a attempt to kill themselves but because they genuinely believe they can fly. Walking in the wilderness is pretty tame compared to this.

Also, the Canary people won’t be interested. It’s a British person and only British people would show interest. Many people go missing and do not get this level of coverage. Do some homework on mountain rescue and search and rescue, dogs, helicopters, police hours, etc. Just because some people are volunteers doesn't mean it is free. Jay Slater, 18, of Fountains Way, ACCRINGTON - 18 month community order with 25 days rehabilitation activities and 150 hours unpaid work. Convicted of violent disorder in August 2023, when he was aged 18. He is now 19. His codefendants were found guilty of witness intimidation, attempted robbery and conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
Throughout a trial at Preston Crown Court, all eight laughed and joked in a way the judge said showed disrespect. The judge said if the group had been convicted of the more serious charge of section 18 wounding, they would all have gone to youth custody.
Tom Hilton, who was 17 at the time of the attack, suffered a head injury so serious his skull was exposed, and wounds to his shoulders and legs in the attack close to the Old Paper Mill in Hermitage Street, Rishton, in August 2021.

Tom Hilton, the victim, was jailed for 14 months, disqualified from driving for 25 months and must sit an extended re-test if he wants his licence back. He pled guilty to attempted burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and dangerous driving. Before conviction for these offences, he had 14 convictions for 28 offences.
The court also heard that on committing these offences on February 12, Hilton was in breach of two community orders which had been imposed on him, one just three days earlier and one in November 2021 which was a two-year order.
Recorder Timothy Hannam KC said: “You have an awful record for someone of your age.
“You’ve had a great many chances to change your ways but these offences are so serious that only a custodial sentence is appropriate.
“This was a prolonged period of bad driving being chased by police. The speeds were terrifyingly high in built up areas. You were lucky the streets were relatively empty."

In Tenerife with my husband and granddaughter I was a bit ahead of them and my granddaughter told me three African woman asked my husband for a for money and they put a elastic bracelet on my granddaughter and held on to her till my husband gave them money when my granddaughter told me I ran back and confronted them I said give back the money and that it was against the law in Britain to hold onto children when I started shouting one said to the other African said mad I said I show you mad if you don’t give the money back she handed it over Tenerife is full of scams they call them luky luky people hope this boy hasn’t fallen foul of a scam that went wrong be careful in Tenerife

I know people are saying it a scam but they only made 40K. Jay can't exactly start a new life with a fake identity on that (decent fake documents would cost £10K on there own), and the mother already spent some on herself. Lucy would also want a cut. He going to have to resuface in a few months when the money runs out. So if is a scam is a very stupid one. If he stuck with his training a qualified brickie earns much more than that a year.
