Worst experience at an Airbnb in Sevierville TN cabin June 2024

We paid a lot of money for a 5 day stay and it was horrible. The filter was the first thing we noticed because no air was coming out of the vents. Then after buying a new filter we realized the condensate pump was bad and pumped water all over the master bedroom. Host lined up someone to come work on it and they didn’t show. Then hosts became unresponsive when I told them about all the burnt out bulbs and dead bugs. Airbnb helped us get some money back thankfully. This was just nasty.
