My right thigh(femur) bone was broken in 2019 and a rod is insert in it but in present my bone is completely joined.. Am I eligible for IPS Post??

2years ago, i also underwent a surgery. A rod was inserted in my humerus(hand). But now i removed it by another surgery.

Toady, I talked to a Police Officer (SI) and I asked my dought to him, he said there will be no any problem in your physical but I forget to ask 'Rod nikalwana hai ya nahi'..
