“The Silent Chaos: Sedated Spirals” confronts and explores one’s lived experience with the complexities of body dysmorphic disorder, through the lens of fashion styling and image-making.
Guided by the Chinese concept of Yin-Yang and Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic perspective, “The Silent Chaos: Sedated Spirals” seeks to navigate the complex interplay between weakness and strength, subversion and empowerment, and mind-body reconciliation.
This is a student fashion publication final year project.
