Thank you for your review. Wonder how this compares to the Ninja air fryer which I hear is good. Do you have to have the app to cook better with it and do you need to add any oil?
Hello, I'm using this in the US where we have 100-120 volts power supply. The Xiaomi 4L I have specifies 220-240 volts on the underside. I'm not getting hardly any fan noise, but it sounds in your video like there is a lot of fan noise which seems normal to me for an air fryer. The manufacturer Mi USA says it is normal for the fan to be quiet, but I'm wondering if the unit just isn't able to draw sufficient power from the US power system to operate properly.
If u use lower temp i think up to 60 celsius the fan is on low speed, above that it goes full speed. If they sold to you 220v version it wont work properly
@@donmarkon Thanks for replying. I'm returning it. Everything I've read on the internet indicates it is actually dangerous to run a 220 volt appliance on 110-120 volts. I wonder why they would sell the 220 volt version on Amazon US?
It wont happen anything it is more dangerous when you use 110v appliance on 220v grid (happened to me long time ago) In your case it wont work property Usually when appliences are designed to work in both cases they have 110~220v label
@@gabsl1552I think so, that he meant dimensions of the inner basket. One more thing he meant that there is transparent glass/window to look at your food while it’s being air-fried.
@@donmarkon3,5 have a 80-200 hoting but this 4 L model have a 40-200 hoting 4 L have a defroster mode and yogurt making mode. and as you know it is 0.5 liters bigger.
Did you change the language on the machine from Chinese to English? Some suggest this is not possible on all machines, even MI store on Aliexpress says machine is in Chinese. Perhaps link to the store you bought it from please? Thanks

Thanks for the cooking review. What about the app? You can start/stop cooking and get notification when the time is passed or is just for recipes?

Just buy a converter, a step up transformer just make sure it handles the appropriate power rating of the fryer in watts.
@@nissangamba Thanks, but I returned it and bought a different one.
Thanks for the review dude
How is this different to the normal 3.5l version?
Not much
you get 0.5l more and window
Which is really practical
@@donmarkonu mean more spacious than 3l?
