I just Beat Arkham City yesterday and with Ra's being behind Arkham City this song actually fits his ideological clash with Batman perfectly. Ra's wanted to build a paradise a century ago but failed. He tried again years later by locking all the criminals away in a giant prison comprised of the rundown, slummy sections of Gotham, and used Protocol Ten to eradicate what he sees as scum who have no place in his perfect world. Batman wants to save the residents of Arkham City, even The Joker (despite failing to save Joker because of Joker's actions). He finds the idea of just wantonly killing all criminals in Arkham City abhorrent and does everything he can to mitigate the carnage by shutting down Protocol Ten. The two both want to stop crime and make the world a better place but Batman disagrees with Ra's philosophy.
And especially in Arkham Knight after you finish the Raj DLC Most Wanted he tells Batman he’s proud of him. Even though Raj Al Ghoul strongly disagrees with Batman’s way of justice. It goes to show that even though their ideals want to be achieved in different ways, the ideal itself is still being fulfilled. (A bit odd seeing how chill Raj was in Arkham Knight when he was such a douche in City but still).
@@rabnadskubla8594 Origins (in my opinion) is definitely the weakest of the bunch, but it still had its fantastic moments, and my favorite part of the game is the connection between Alfred and Batman.
