@@monicapetitebonita218 I’m Irish and my mother was the same, if I spilled a drink or broke a plate she got so angry like it was the end of the world too, and like you i have been anxious my whole life with no confidence in myself but I have 3 children who I have raised the opposite to the way I was and was patient with them and thankfully they are confident and happy young people

I really love her content it’s so calming and it’s nice to have the focus be on her or I should say her hands lol but it’s nice to see her recipes. I think this have given me a push to try and make bread. Idk but I can never get my dough to rise.
The bread in a twist reminded me of how my mother made her bread, and buttered it on top before going into the oven. Oh my, that made me so hungry and that was just the way she baked the bread alone, not including the cakes! Very well done, and with little sleep in tow!

I love how this video is imperfect. It doesn't feel staged and I adored your little mistakes. Usually, if some people will make vlogs like this, they are scared of criticisms because they need to perfect everything especially if it is a recipe but thank you Anna. Even if it's just a little thing, you showed that everyone can try any thing even if we're just doing it for the first time. I enjoyed your video! I wished I can also do this but our kitchen is narrow and small, we also don't have enough tools for baking, maybe in the future!

It's very satisfying to watch bread and pastries rise while baking! I can very much relate to Élyséen getting cranky when hungry. And it's always a delight watching well-mannered Eden and Aciel ask first before taking food to eat. 😍
I never thought of having my own children but because of Anna, I've been looking forward to being a mother some time in the future.
