    Hydrogen bombs are the most destructive nukes, yes. However, you would want a hydrogen bomb to explode near you vs a fission bomb. Fission bombs release MASSIVE amount of radiation both at the detonation site, but also around the globe. Thermonuclear bombs (hydrogen) realeases a very minute amount of radiation. With a hydrogen nuke, your main worry is the blast wave and the fires that come after. With a fission bomb (ones dropped on Japan) the blast wave and fire are the worst of your worries, because once the fallout starts reaching the ground people die in masses of radiation poisoning.

    Not all fusion weapons are higher yield than all fission weapons.
    Of deployed devices, pure fission weapons have yielded from 0.02 to 540kt.
    Thermonuclear weapons have ranged from 1 to 25,000 kt.
    540 is bigger than 1.

    Edward Teller (Hungarian: Teller Ede; January 15, 1908 - September 9, 2003) was a Hungarian-American theoretical physicist who is known colloquially as "the father of the hydrogen bomb" and one of the creators of the Teller-Ulam design. Teller was known for his scientific ability and his difficult interpersonal relations and volatile personality.

    Just imagine how powerful a Silicon Bomb would be(Thermonuclear Fusion gets stronger the further into a stars lifespan, thus the final Stage, Silicon would be stronger than the first stage, Hydrogen)

    Atomic bombs have round face while hydrogen bombs have pointy face so they are more powerful.

    Hydrogen fuse into helium and helium again break into hydrogen by fission nuclear reaction. So it is probably impossible to stop nuclear bomb

    • @Evan_Bell
      @Evan_Bell Год назад

      Helium does not fission into hydrogen.
      It is possible to "stop" a nuclear bomb. They're delivery system can be intercepted. The physical phenomena that take place during detonation have no impact on whether or not they can be intercepted.
