A religion has to adapt with the country in which it is living.In Arab country the rules are very strict for everyone.In india any muslim women can do or wear anything, Islam according to my knowledge has not forced them to wear hijaab. So the culture is a different thing and religion is different. Indian culture is what they are following they are not showing skin first of all and last listening to music ,dancing are not sin.
