Hot pot is kind of like shabu shabu in Japan. We cook the meat, seafood, tofu or vegetables in the seaweed soup base, then dip them in soy sauce with satay (or other spices/ sauces as you like it) and enjoy. No cooking skills needed. It warms your body especially in winter.

不知道你環到台南了沒，住台南33年的當地人先推薦一定要記得吃虱目魚料理、牛肉湯、鱔魚意麵、土魠魚羹、浮水魚羹、肉燥飯、蝦仁飯、米糕、碗粿，那個棺材板不要吃。傳統甜點要記得吃椪糖(傳統老街可以自己煮椪糖喔)、白糖粿、狀元糕~夜市的話大大武花大武花，不過大東夜市現在分成兩個沒那麼好玩，花園攤位會比較多場地也比較大，武聖夜市是玩遊戲的攤位有比較有新鮮有趣~

可以去花蓮慈濟學校看看，這是跟外國不同的佛教小學，雖不是佛教徒但是他們的建築總是讓人震撼（自己有去過），也很適合散步。也很推高雄佛光山唷⋯⋯我想會是另一個文化衝擊。感覺影片上安東已經離開花蓮了～
外島推薦澎湖跟金門（金門有較多歷史古蹟也有體驗的部份）。
