Even though I haven't seen it and I need to, I always have to laugh about Midnight Meat Train. Several years ago a friend of mine told me that her little brother rented it, expecting it to be a porno😂😂
I remember watching Strange Land on stars or HBO late one night when I was nine years old with my cousin and my mother woke up walked in the living room said what the hell are y'all watching. Good ol days. Preteen nostalgia
Last shift was a very pleasant surprise when i watched it some years ago. I remember at the same period watching The void, another hidden gem. Both highly underrated in my opinion.
I first saw Cube not too long after it aired on one of the tv services. Have loved that movie ever since. Cube 2 and cube zero are also enjoyable and up the fire factor but don’t really compare to the original. There is also a Japanese version of Cube but I have not watched that yet. Midnight meat train was a great movie. Vinnie jones always does a great job, but this one he really nails the character.
Tubi or not Tubi.... No question about it. It's another Ghost Pirate Entertainment Tubi list♥ I've seen Last Shift and Midnight Meat Train a couple of times. Last Shift is similar to The Void, another great one.
Thanks for reminding me to watch "Late Shift" again. It has "Assault on Precinct 13" vibes. I think I've forgotten almost all of it, except that I liked it a lot, so great time for a second viewing.
Great list, as usual. I love Last Shift and recently rewatched it maybe two weeks ago. In addition to being a great movie with a great lead performance, it's one of those movies that almost inspires me to want to make a movie. So much is done with so little. Definitely not perfect, but I'd be proud as hell to have made this movie! Fun Fact, I was talking to a girl a while back and one evening/night, we watched Last Shift, Bite and Honeymoon. That was probably the best 'underrated horror gem movie night' of all time.
The Reflecting Skin is really good. Creepy. Yup. I like The Last Shift better also. Pumpkinhead is a great horror classic. Will checkout Midnight Meat Train.
Yeah, I have serious doubts about "Reflective skin". I saw the bull frog and thought "I hope the bull frog was okay during filming" Then Becker gave the "animal warning". Thanks, we need more animal warnings in life. I cant take animal cruelty real or fake.
Another great review Kainan for Tubi! Tubi is my favorite for horror films you can’t find steaming anywhere else. Still watching from West Virginia!❤️👍
Thanks for the recommendations! And the ones I've seen, like Pumpkin Head, Cube, Midnight Meat Train, I could NOT agree more! Midnight Meat Train is one HELLUVA movie! It freaked me right out and that takes a lot! What a movie! Those are the movies that when I'm done, I wish I hadn't seen them yet, so that I could watch them all over again, fresh! You're awesome, GP!!
I adore you for mentioning Pumpkin Head! In the words of Gwen Stefani, that's my SH!T...lol! Great movie and it's surprisingly touching as well. You're real deal, dude.👑
The Reflecting Skin is ART! It's remained on my Top Ten List for many years now. So glad you're featuring all of these older films. I hope your younger viewers who likely haven't seen them take note. Great commentary as always!
Capt Howdy!!!! LOVE Strangeland! Dee was phenomenal in this, so sick and twisted! I only got to see it once, and that was completely by accident, while looking for something else i wanted to watch, and it totally sucked me in. Thanks so much for including it. May be from the 90s, but, when it came to horror, they threw out some great stuff!
New Daughter was TERRIBLE. It was so weird that Costner's character just seemed overly frightened of everything. All the acting was decent, but the writing was awful.
Per this video, I just watched The Reflecting Skin, Last Shift, I rewatched Strangeland, Pumpkinhead, and Disturbing Behavior (I mean... it's Katie Holmes). The Reflecting Skin was done very well, although the closing of it left me wanting a bit more. Last Shift was very well written and done. The twist was great and it's definitely on my rewatch list. Pumpkinhead and Strangeland were just as great as when I first watched them when they came out. Dee Snider was exceptional in Strangeland.
The Reflecting Skin is a masterpiece, I bought it on LaserDisc back in the day. Ridley has 2 more excellent films, The Passion Of Darkly Noon and Heartless worth watching, tho not on Tubi.
You do such a great job at evaluating these movies. I love watching your content. Great job on the pumpkin head pic. I watched this as a teenager and it has always been in my top five. Best line from the movie: "God damn you God damn you He already has Ed Harley, he already has"
I am very interested in seeing that The Reflecting Skin Film I like a good uncomfortable film and heck yeah Pumpkinhead and Midnight Meat Train definitely loved those!
TUBI is the best streaming app ever, way better than premium paid ones by far. There are so many hidden gems, TUBI introduced me to 60's and 70's horror I never even cared for, I was mostly only watching 80's and 90's but TUBI changed all that.
I remember seeing disturbing behavior in theaters, was married in my first marriage, had an argument and had to get away, ended up in a theater by myself watching this hit!
You should do “Coherence” just saw it on Tubi. It’s a mind bend but done in a very good way. Def best to not spoil it before watching. It’s about a group of friends who sit down for dinner while an astrological event is going on.
just got done watching Last Shift right before this video lmao but yeah it's good, would recommend if you like ghost stuff. probably only good for a one time viewing, but still worth the time
Cube is to me what event horizon is to most hardcore science fiction/horror genre fans, CLASSIC and all time favorite 👍🔥💯the midnight meat train is criminally underrated 😔
I watched Malum and when you were talking about last shift, I was like, I know this movie but she doesn't look familiar??? I need to watch this one now because I liked the ideas in the other one.
Still loving these Tubi lists man. Lots of good ones here. The first two on this list look really interesting and I was born in '83 so I don't know how I haven't seen either of them. Last list you recommended The Special and that was an absolute blast. I never would have thought to check it out otherwise so thanks!
Caught Midnight Meat Train yesterday, for the 3rd or so time. Vinny Jones gives such a convincingly scary performance, albeit with practically no spoken lines. Also love seeing Brooke Shields play a ‘bad guy’ for a change. Clive Barker is the best!
I watched The Coffee Table on your recommendation yesterday. Very good film. Dark though. Just how I like them. Just adding that I feel The Midnight Meat Train is ridiculously underrated. Awesome, crazy film.
Interesting list. There's two I haven't seen yet. I watched "Cherry Tree" the other day on Tubi. It's a decent witch movie and it's worth a one-time watch, Id say. Effect are pretty good, too.
Hollow Man is a great movie but it's not just a popcorn flick. That scene with is neighbor alone makes this movie more than just a 'fun' movie. It gets downright serious a few times.
Usually i'm against remakes but they should do an remake of Cube, even though its a cult classic, with todays cgi or practical effects they could do a remake thats better than the original
Dig those Ray Charles shades! Love the pov shot in Meat Train where the victim's head is rolling around and sees it's body laying in the aisle before it's lights go out. Twisted shit, Y'all!
Hey Becker i have watched religiously most of your lists, and want to thank you for your services and sharing your fun and mindblowing knowledge on our beloved Genre. However, there is one title i just saw on PLEXX, Puppet master The littlest Reich, i loved it, maybe you can throw it out there into your next list. Long Live Horror.
Did you ever see “The Devil’s Rock”? It was really pretty good. It’s available on Tubi. It’s got a good beginning too. Cube is the prototype for Saw, only in a sci-fi setting. Saw 2 is a total Cube clone.
Thanks for ' the reflecting skin' recommend, pumpkinhead is a absolute badass masterpiece. But 'student bodies and ' midnight meat train' are easily among the best 👌
Pumpkinhead is one of my favorite movies. Lance Henderson is amazing. He really breaks your heart. Disturbing Behavior is a teenager Stepford Wives. It's so good.
Strangeland is such a good flick. I always thought they should've made a sequel. Or at least Dee Snider needs to star in, and/or write, more horror movies.
This last shift is far scarier than the newer remake and better. So mad the lead actress didnt do anything else shes so beautiful she makes angelina Jolie look homely😊
Midnight Meat Train is sublime......Bradley Cooper needs to get back to his horror roots.
To my shame I never heard of this. I will watch soon. I do love Vinnie Jones. Terrible but has been in some great stuff too 😂
They were supposed to make part 2.
If you like that watch creep same kind of subway horror thing
Pumpkinhead is one of the best!!!
Totally. One of the all-time greats!
Agree on Cube! I own the DVD from back in the day and pop it in my good old DVD on occasion. Due for a rewatch.
Again great video! Thanks for the animal trigger warning :) Forgot to say The Last Shift was crazy!
Even though I haven't seen it and I need to, I always have to laugh about Midnight Meat Train. Several years ago a friend of mine told me that her little brother rented it, expecting it to be a porno😂😂
That is funny but it’s a really good movie
I remember watching Strange Land on stars or HBO late one night when I was nine years old with my cousin and my mother woke up walked in the living room said what the hell are y'all watching. Good ol days. Preteen nostalgia
Hello to the”GOAT “ of Horror movie critics!!!👍👊👏
Absolutely 👍
That's not nice. I Like the beard.
He is good, he can throw obscure stuff no one else knows about to you.
@@78Mustang LOL😂
He really is.
I would like to give this dude a friendly hug.
Pumpinkhead is quite a cult classic.
I remember my friend and I rented it back in the early 90s. We got a kick out of it.
I love that movie.
Yaaas! Pumpkinhead! Keep away from Pumpkinhead. Unless you’re tired of living.
The new "Invisible Man" was such a surprise, was expecting nothing from it, resulted into a great flick.
_The New Daughter_ is a real hidden gem. I have no idea why this film isn't better known.
Last shift was a very pleasant surprise when i watched it some years ago. I remember at the same period watching The void, another hidden gem. Both highly underrated in my opinion.
@@Juohmaru79 2014 was a great year for horror
Check out Live-Evil its a badass horror movie it will be a cult classic.
I remember Strangeland, Pumpkin Head and The Midnight Meat Train. KILLER movies. Now, thanks to Ghost Pirate, I have to watch them yet again!
Pumpkinhead is an absolute classic film, seen it numerous times = back in VHS days in the UK, it used to be called Vengeance the Demon
Tubi or not Tubi.... No question about it. It's another Ghost Pirate Entertainment Tubi list♥ I've seen Last Shift and Midnight Meat Train a couple of times. Last Shift is similar to The Void, another great one.
These are some awesome picks! I can’t wait for Halloween. You’re awesome!
Thank you so much!!!
Thanks for reminding me to watch "Late Shift" again. It has "Assault on Precinct 13" vibes. I think I've forgotten almost all of it, except that I liked it a lot, so great time for a second viewing.

I saw The Reflecting Skin at an art-house cinema back in 91. Still haven't shaken it off!!
Just watched it. Wow. This is a hidden gem for sure. Horrible and beautiful.
I really enjoyed The Reflecting Skin a great little film || The Last Shift was surprisingly really good 👍 || After Midnight is a great flick!

Check out "Vacaciones de Terror" on Tubi also.. So cheesy, Troll 2 level cringe. Greetings from México.
The Reflecting Skin is a masterpiece, I bought it on LaserDisc back in the day. Ridley has 2 more excellent films, The Passion Of Darkly Noon and Heartless worth watching, tho not on Tubi.
I have both Malum and Last Shift... I think Last Shift just had more charm and a little less is more.. Love your channel!
These Tubi videos are so helpful! I love that you have the movie title in the corner so you can double check it during the review. I tend to forget.
On your recommendation I am currently almost done watching The Reflecting Skin and WT actual F 😅😅 it's definitely a good one!

Last shift is so good. I found this hidden gym on my own years ago and became a regular watch yearly at Halloween.

The little girl from the new daughter is the girl from Guillermo de Toro's Pan's labryhint.

Excellent list- I have seen almost all of these- Midnight Meat Train is brutal. Thanks for a great list!
Cool list GPE, gonna check out After Midnight tonight, thanks.

Cube really creeped me out as a kid! I'm pretty sure I was like ten when it came on syfy channel lol
Watch Kevin Costner and Dane Cook in a thriller called Mr. Brooks.
Good call! I used to own this one it is definitely one of the only movies I could stomach Cook in!
9:23 Jesus Christ! "Cube" came out in 1997?!?!?!?!?
I actually worked on Midnight Meat Train! Thx for the animal death warning for Reflecting Skin.
Think ive seen 3? Pumpkinhead and i love them all.
Most horror movies are TRASH, hard to watch them...
Strangeland and The Midnight Meat Train are so freaking good! I'll have to check out some of the others
Reflecting Skin... Boy have I not seen that for a while 👍

@@jarispe32really dark film but a compelling watch.
@@jasonetheridge2349 awesome I'll probably give it a shot tonight
Coffee Table is excellent! I also recommend the director's other film Killing God. Much more comedic, still dark.
@@Lilboozibert I'll make that my next viewing, thanks.
I saw half of the movies they are amazing
I just want to be my personal stylist…also, the movie picks are all winners.
Lots of goodies on this list, I forgot all about "Strangeland" I really loved that one,
This is the weirdest most random comment: I missed seeing the Dracula pig on the shelf behind you. His smirk always makes my day. lol
If you like Kevin Costner in horror movies check out Mr. Brooks!
Have you seen “After”? It’s also on Tubi. It’s about a man and woman who find themselves trapped in a dark empty world.
I'll check it out
I recommend NO ONE LIVES it's on TUBI it's really good
Love your reviews. ❤
Love it! Man, I have the same Funko Wolfman, Spike, Pennywise, Pretty Lady TCM mask. Good taste bro! lol
Pumpkinhead is my all time fav horror movie❤
Interesting list. There's two I haven't seen yet. I watched "Cherry Tree" the other day on Tubi. It's a decent witch movie and it's worth a one-time watch, Id say. Effect are pretty good, too.
Indeed the original last shift was far better than the remake
Thank u for this movie list
Hi,
Awesome more horror! Thank you. Have you ever watched 'Another Earth' from 2011? If you haven't, do yourself a favor and see it.
Thanks
Not horror, so he might not review it, but that is in my top 3 movies of all time. Absolutely unforgettable. LOVE IT.
Appreciate the Animal abuse disclaimer, my girlfriend can't watch anything with it. Thanks Broski 😊
Just skip the first 10 min with the frog and your good
@GhostPirateEntertainment oh nice, thanks for the heads up
I agree. It’s very hard to watch anything happen to animals. I absolutely appreciate the heads up…thank you!

Midnight Meat Train is quite under estimated.
I have seen that Hollow Man. Loved it.
It's cool to see Kevin Costner in a horror movie.
Another deep dive Horror Daddy!!❤
I would pay theater ticket prices, these days even, to watch Robert Englund read a phone book. So ANYTHING he's in you got me ❤❤❤
The Last Shift 🙌🏼👏🏼
The last shift really creeped me out
I'm doing the 365 Horror Movies Challenge this year and these videos have been an absolute godsend in finding great movies to watch.

Why did they remake a movie just a few old?
No idea Costner made "The New daughter"...
