- Dennis R. Scribner, MD, FACOG, FACS, clinical associate professor for the University of Arizona School of Medicine, Arizona Oncology, explains an important telltale sign of uterine cancer.
While there is no test for uterine cancer (such as a mammogram for breast cancer or a colonoscopy for colorectal cancer) vaginal bleeding is one of the first signs that a woman might have uterine cancer. so, Scribner suggests that women who are experiencing abnormal bleeding contact their health care providers.

Hi doctor I am 57 years old, from 51 years old I have been on HRT, at 55 years old I was having irregular heavy bleeding, seen gynaecology, who took a polyp and biopsy, result was okay?
Since April 2021, I have had server diarrhea, I put it down to infection I had with a bad tooth. Tooth was removed, still had diarrhea, tiredness, lack of appetite ect, in October 2021 went to doctors with chest infection, mentioned my diarrhea, had blood and stool test,blood found in stool.
Heavy irregular heavy periods also,had ultrasound, found, thickening off 4.5, polyp ,on 19th of this month had op to removed polyp and took biopsy.
No one has told me any results, I still have diarrhea. Could you please tell me what this is? Kind regards.
How can they detect sarcoma? I'm suppose to have DaVinci and because they can't tell if any sarcoma is present (less than 1%) they prefer to do open. Any way to help detect prior to surgery? They said EMB won't do it... please help.
Ive got thickening of the liming and a solid lesion also pain urinating
I also to had thickening of my uterine lining and that was the reason why the doctor did the ablation periods and I had a lesion inside of my uterus it wasn't cancer. I pray yours was good news.
My uterus kinda hurts and I did not get my period on the ninth today is the ninth and I did not get my period before that will I get my period maybe later or idk I’m kinda scared if I’m pregnant 😭

Girl I'm 19 and had regular periods so far. I recently found out I had a lesion in my uterus. But my doctor brushed it off saying I was too young and couldn't possibly be cancerous.

You forgot post menopause women bleed on cyclic method and it's not an indication of cancer. Nice to freak women out.
Yea, there are other causes for post-menopausal bleeding. It sounded one sided.

Hi doctor. I lost my baby that is she died in my womb but still pushed her out during delivery. That was 4 months ago and now I bleed nearly all the time. I don't even know which one is my period. I'm so scared

Doctor....3 years back i had abortion during 5 th month in my womb.....but i had not adopted to hospital for abortion.....i did not cleaned my uterus...is there any chances for arrival of cancer???

Please help. I'm trying to get a DaVinci hysterectomy and they want to do open because they said no way to detect for sarcoma prior to surgery. I don't want to do open. Any and all help greatly appreciated
I get bleeding between menstrual cycles. I have aches. My biopsy is on November 2nd. Hope it’s not cancer.

I have a question I am very young and I thought I had my period. but I do bleed but when I pee I don’t pee out blood I just drip out from the inside I don’t crave chocolate I don’t have cramps is this cancer or no?

No it’s not causing anything. It’s informative. Women need to get regular Pap smears rather than panic.
