This is set to dlss 3 quality it may improve with dlss 3 set to balanced, performance, ultra performance and reduce the graphics to low for sure 300+ fps 🔥
What fps do you get on low settings?

M getting aame fps at high and low
This game is GPU hungry but there is like 30-50fps difference between the two graphical settings

It's user dependent I can't provide a solution as I never got to face the same fps issue maybe I can provide u some tips
1.Unlock Ultimate windows power plan(Already posted on my channel).
2.Nitrosense to performance/turbo mode
3.Nvidia control panel tweaks u search in RUclips
4.And update you Nvidia graphic drivers
Do them one step at a time and check resolved or not so we can find what's the exact issue going on

That's the latency issues brother the gameloop itself has a lot of latency issues and optimization issues so better play PUBG PC in it gives 90-100fps 🔥
