@@logicalpublic As far as I know, difference between the plan names are based on speed & OTT subscriptions included. I haven't heard about the "Browser" plan. In my location, the Browse+ plan offers 30Mbps. Better consult with your LCO.

Sorry, don't know about the Browser plan. Maybe it's new. The one I'm using here is Browse+.

2.4 GHz is said to be supporting up to 150 Mbps speed. So, I don't think the router is your issue here. Try contacting Alliance customer support.
