I have a free podcast account with riverside. I cannot get sound on my recordings. Or whenever I open the app on my phone Android I cannot get sound. I can see the video. It's excellent video. I've tried everything they said. Change in browsers, I'm not sure what else. But help, I'm a newbie trying to do a podcast show.
Really sorry to hear - I have had zero audio issues (nor have my clients). I'm guessing your audio isn't getting recorded for some reason so it might be your microphone connection. 🤔
@mrjerrypotter it records my videos "great videos Pic " just no sound. boo. am sad I just have so much hope to do a podcast I have alot to say lol just saying thank you for the time peace too
