    This is awesome. I've just found this channel. First of all very good explanation. And Second thing is many students can't imagine all of this stuff, rotation, symmetry etc. This Channel will help them a lot.
    Keep Helping us. Thank you so much. Take Care.

      Thank you so much. Yes that's true. From my past student experience, without any appropriate modelling tools, it's quite difficult to imagine the rotation and so on. You too take care and have a nice day

    TQ Dr shida
    Masa sy bljr inorganic chemistry dulu dgn cik shida sudahnye sy nak paham X nampak.
    Bila ad video so visualise chemistry baru jelas

      Susah kan tcer Hani. Sbb 3D tidak semua orang boleh nampak dengan mudah. Imaginasi perlu tinggi. Sy selalu fikir macam mana nak bantu pelajar. It takes time.

    Thanks for the good explanation. My query is that the rflection mirror plane on allene molecule is referred to as dihedral mirror (sigma d). Why is it sigma d and not vertical mirror plane (sigma v)?

    • @noorshidamohdali
      @noorshidamohdali  Год назад

      because these two planes bisect angles between two C2 axes. So these are sigma d planes

      @@noorshidamohdaliMadam, thanks for the explanation. But I am still confused because in BF3 molecule, the mirror plane is called as sigma v inspite of it bisecting the angles between two C2 axes.Why can't they be called as sigma d?

    • @noorshidamohdali
      @noorshidamohdali  Год назад

      @@poorniman485 in BF3 there are 3 planes that are cutting through for each B-F bond and angle 120 degree. On the same planes there are 3 C2 axes. So these planes are vertical and not dihedral

      @@noorshidamohdali really today by this animation n explanation , I have understood allene system well....ma'am will there be any change in point group if there is substituent at the terminal carbons like Chloro Bromo?
      Plz clear it ma'am ...
