How do you curl your fingers while cutting? In order to avoid cutting the finger tips of your less dominant hand, curl your fingers under so that your nail is touching the foodstuff, exposing your flattened knuckle to the blade while keeping your fingertips safe. :P :) BTW, I love cucumber salad.
