Happy Friday Candy. I am interested to find out how those huge okra are going to turn out. It's been my experience in the past that the big okra's are stringy and woody. Please let me know how those are. I love fried okra and pickled okra. I like to take deli ham, spread it with cream cheese and place a whole pickled Okra in it and roll it up. I know u just canned aome green beans and now ur pi kling okra...have u ever tried pickling green beans? I make em.nice a garlicky with a tinyyy but of red chili flakes and pickoing soice...ph man they are so good. I like them better than regular pickles. A friend of my husbands family used to make them for us he called them dilly beans... they are so addicting i started making them myself.
