I know this is an old video, and one you were a but reluctant on making. But I followed the Fly Lady system for a while and it helped so much, and then I got ill. For 2 weeks I could barely leave my bed, and while the kids did the daily stuff, they are teens and things fell to the side. Now that I'm back at it, this was the perfect kick start I needed to get back at it without being overwhelmed. Thank you!

Omg!!!! It worked! Got someone coming over so I had to leave the 31 baby steps and follow this video and I am soooooooooooooooo grateful for your instructions. It has made a huge difference and I can now expect the visitor without panic. I really believed in you and you proved me right. Thanks ever so much! And tomorrow I shall continue with the baby steps. 🤗

We have a store called DollarTree that has collapsible mesh laundry bags. I got 3 white ones and used markers to write "give away, throw away, put away" on them. So helpful!

I’m just getting over the flu, been feeling drained for almost a month from it, so consequently my home has been a wreck. This video helped me so much! Even though I *know* what to do as I’ve been a Flybaby for a few years now, I have just been so discouraged at the state of things. Watching the video and going along with you got me through the crisis cleaning that I desperately needed to do. Even though my bedroom and office are still in quite a state, I feel like I can breathe now and get that tackled tomorrow. Or late tonight if my insomnia kicks in 🤣

Thank you yet again Diane, for all the resources you have generously taken the time to make to help out. I am going through your videos again in my reboot. I needed some motivation to get back to housework today and following your instructions has really really helped to get back into it today and making me feel better. Blessings to you! xxx

You're such a great motivator and I do appreciate you're doing these videos. Your house is perfect which is also a great testament to the program...I wish you could go into an actual disaster house (like mine) and and make videos working with the person. I did watch your 31 days and I do see the value in your process. I'm keeping my sink clean ( I had to take a day off and was literally up all night to get my kitchen clean). You're a blessing...

Hi Renee P! My house is far from perfect but I enjoy living here and the clutter no longer stresses me. Keep shining that sink and the rest will happen!

This is so good, helps enlarge the scope of the babystep❤️. You are a fantastic teacher. 💯 Going into kitchen to throw my collection of Nick nacks away😃👍 (dust collectors) so I will have my counter space open to cook. Keep teaching your videos, they are valuable to many🙏❤️👍

Wow. When you mentioned paper clutter I thought... Oh! I gotta sort the mail! ... But, I already did it out of habit and completely forgot because I did it without thinking. What a blessing Flylady is. I do things on auto pilot as habits and they aren't cluttering my mind meaning less stress and anxiety. Xoxo

The habit idea came from flylady?

Thank you, dear, who doesn't need this from time to time while learning to fly?;-) I understood your warning perfectly well...I know the problem of the 'mixed baskets'... Have a nice weekend, Monika

Yes, I love the basket idea but it is easy to ignore the full basket at the end... ;-)

Great video Diane. I actually did this yesterday after a hectic week Arriving back from holiday and having 2 sets of houseguests had set me back on my routines. I set my timer for just 10 minutes for each room and went through Kitchen, living room, dining room. hall, main bedroom and bathroom. Took a break then did another 10 in each room that needed just a bit more. I was then able to have a lovely relaxing afternoon and although far from perfect am in a better place to get back into my routines!

Thank you for making and posting these videos! I often hear your voice in my head. "Flylady Diane here!" And it makes me smile. I smile all the way to the thrift store with my large loads of "treasures" that will bless other people all over my town. I just finished repainting the floor of our TV room and I am determined to keep it clear so I can mop it regularly, with my new mop. Oh, and I bought a cleaning caddy that looks like yours! I hope your days are mostly sunny!

It's interesting, I started flylady a few months back and things were beginning to fall into a pleasant and manageable routine.
Next thing my dishwasher broke down and I have not been able to get it fixed, my fridge broke, my sink plugged up ($600. To fix)
My insurance refused to pay out on storm damage.
My tenants in my rental property colluded to defraud and I have spent the past six weeks from 8am to 8 pm trying to clean and fix that property for sale, over a hundred hours just on the yard area.
At my own home I have no vacuum or steam cleaner and a lot of my supplies are at the other house.
Both my toilets broke and one looks like it will have to be ripped out.
At my other property every appliance was broken, walls smashed in, doors ripped off and over twenty thousand dollars to fix myself.
I know this is a lot, but I felt like some energy was attacking me because I had found a system that worked and was helping me. A support group.
The downstairs tenant vomited everywhere and poured bleach all over, ruined expensive carpet.
My hands are chapped and everything in my body hurts.
My insurance have been horrific and refused to pay for anything so everything has come down on me.
My husband is unable to help as he just had three major surgeries.
I am so exhausted that I am unable to cope at my own house and my daughter and her boyfriend are adding to the stress.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this.
I do feel that even though I was not formally doing flylady, it is the only thing that has kept me from the loony bin.
I am also just about ready to,list my other house so hopefully that will soon be over.
But for example, yesterday I swept up leaves for two hours and no sooner was I done when a huge wind came up and I looked outside and it looked like I had not touched a thing.
I feel like I have been cursed. Have you heard of this happening to anyone else?
    Any suggestions appreciated.
