I agree with you that the Bible has been translated into many languages and there are certainly changes in the translation.

All the prophets in the Bible were Jews without exception, except for Balaam who was the only prophet to the Gentiles during the time of Moses.

Their language was Hebrew, and the original language of the Bible is Hebrew.

The Torah of Moses actually contains the 613 laws that a every Jew must keep, in the other books of the prophets such as Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Jonah, David, Solomon and more, there are no laws, the prophets only came to tell the Israelites what would happen to them if they did not keep the Torah of Moses, and if they did How good they will be. That's all..
Our Torah is very accurate, much more than any other book, even though it was given 3300 years ago. If you don't believe I will prove it to you.

@@WaqManVR simply because the story of Christ is foretold in the Old Testament such as virgin birth and suffering. Thus it can be argued as a fulfillment.
Whereas Quran does not act as a fulfillment, but is purely a contradictory document to what is professed by Christians such as the crucifixion.
Biggest example: genesis 3:15 foretells the virgin birth, but surah 7:24 does not. A clearly deliberate omission of something preserved in the hebrew texts.

The Bible is the word of God because people believe and say it is, not because it is.
'How do you know what you are reading is reliable?' Exactly! True when applied to every so say holy book.
Thats why in the Quran itself - the reader is challenged to think , reflect and research for himself on the veracity of the Quranic verses. Both linguistic ( by this I mean the original Quranic arabic not the translations in english and scientific points) - so far people have not found any errors. By the way for scientific points mentioned in the Quran - refer also to the original arabic words and compare to modern science - no errors.
All a religious book needs to do is match it's earliest manuscript. Thereafter it's okay if faith or lack of faith takes over. But the bible has been changed by every Tom Dick and Paul over the years. You can't even reach a point to make a decision to believe or not.

So it condenses a metaphor to describes a feeling into 1 word)
However other religious text are not maintained in its original language such as the bible not being in aramaich whereas the quraan has been preserved in its original language although it does require some studying the language to understand the text. However reading the quraan in translation has got its upsides it just doesn't do the justice it deserves.

The answer to the last question is that there are many many copies so if you corrupt one verse it will be a minority copy.

People of course could always attempt to manipulate scripture, but there are and always have been people deeply inspired by the Holy Spirit that have been seeking to establish the truth of God to reach the nations. The Scriptures were built piece by piece off of the works that came before them (Torah, then the writings and prophets over time, and finally what is often called the New Testament). I would say that a bigger likelihood of breakdown of truth is in believing in a single pastor’s interpretation as opposed to critically engaging scripture to see the author’s (both human and the Divine inspiring them) intention and message. And one small indication that the message of the Bible is truthful is compared to other literature around the time it is uniquely critical of the moral failing of the people of Israel and then also of the apostles and new believers after the death, resurrection, and ascension of Christ. Most manipulative writings don’t target their audience like this. But not every heart is able to hear the truth of Christ often unfortunately because of the societal baggage surrounding western cultural Christianity as opposed to deep rooted faith in God♥️ Hoping some on finds this helpful or at least thought provoking!

We call her that because that's what she is as the mother of Christs humanity, but the person of Christ had both nature's, so we say, "mother of God" to protect from errors that Christ wasn't God or didn't have his Divine nature during the Incarnation, as well as protecting proper Christology that he had both nature's.

The meaning of the Holy Quran is translated by many translators, Muslim and Non-Muslim. Each translation is quite different from another one.

Abu Dawud said: I measured the breadth of the well of Buda'ah with my sheet which I stretched over it. I them measured it with the hand. It measured six cubits in breadth. I then asked the man who opened the door of garden for me and admitted me to it: Has the condition of this well changed from what it had originally been in the past ? He replied: No. I saw the color of water in this well had changed.

Sure, but this argument can be applied to any religious text. The Quran was written by scribes of Muhammad from memory of what he said or, in the interest of fairness, as he said it. Abu Bakr, after the death of Muhammed, hired Zaid to compile the texts that were recorded during Muhammad's recitations and compile then into one text. Writings that didn't fit the bill were burned. Modern scholars and scientists carbon date the earliest texts to even being before the time of Muhammed. So, how do we know for sure the Quran has not been corrupted by men either intentionally or unintentionally?

The fact that the Quran was orally given, and then years later was written down, should concern anybody who believes in the Scriptures, that’s a goes for any religion.

As a catholic, the only "word of God" in the bible is the 10 commandments. I mean in the literal sense of God spoke to Moses and God was like "Write this down". And that's old testament, which is not exactly the focus of the religion. When we say this is the word of God I always took it to mean these are the stories about God man has written down to show what God is about. js
